I just wanted to do the state inspection and the bay was being used to do an oil change. I waited 5 minutes before asking how long it would take, one of the guys in there said “it’s going to take 35-45 minutes”. No one was working in the vehicle and while I waited, new vehicles got there, their oil change and they left, and I’m still waiting for the guy to get done with the oil change. The whole “in about 15 minutes we change your oil” its a lie.
Update: Once i was inside, Mason provided great service. The one with the attitude was Johan.

Took my car there on Sept 5th for an oil change and state inspection. They started taking out the old oil before checking to see if they had the filter for my car. Half way through them removing the old oil, they told me that they didn’t have the filter for my car and that they sent someone to O’Reilly’s to get a new filter. Fast forward to 1 hr and 45 mins later. I am still waiting for them to finish my car because they were having trouble putting the new oil filter in. I spoke to the manager and he apologized for not informing me about them not having the filter in stock and he apologized for taking forever to put the filter in. This completely messed up my entire day. If they had informed me that they didn’t have the specific filter for my car. I would not have gotten an oil change at this location. For reference the guy that serviced my cars name is Glen Atchison, and the managers name is Mason Rosenbaum.

Got there at 6:20 with leaking oil and they said they couldn’t do anything because they already closed down the register after telling me I wouldn’t make it very far down the road. They close at 7 for reference.

Just spent an hour and a half there trying to get a state inspection only to be told that their inspection computer system hasn’t been functioning correctly. Had I known up front I would have gone somewhere else.
