I came to this nail spa with my child to get our nails done. Unfortunately, my pedicure was poorly done and looked very outdated. After the service, I gave cash tips directly to the ladies who worked on our nails.
When I went to the front desk, the receptionist repeatedly asked me about tipping, even after I explained multiple times that I had already given a cash tip. This felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Good customer service means respecting customers—if someone chooses to leave a tip, they will do so without being pressured.
Overall, I was disappointed with both the quality of the service and the customer experience.

I really wish I was writing a different review, because the actual treatments we received were actually pretty good. I called the spa earlier this week to book 3 standard facials & 2 Swedish massages. I used to come here all the time to get my nails done before moving & there was clearly a switch in management. I specified with the lady on the phone on 3 separate occasions, in front of the other people in my party, if she had me down for the standard & Swedish massages. She confirmed those specifics with me. When we arrived, they didn’t confirm anything with us & simply asked who would be receiving the first treatments. We believed them when they confirmed our services, & when we went to pay, the total was over $150 extra dollars than we had accounted for. I simply paid & asked for a receipt. They gave each of us the most expensive options out of all the treatments. After I verbally confirmed on multiple occasions while booking. Mind you, this is a $30 difference PER PERSON on facials alone. At this point, I didn’t realize that they also overcharged us on the massages, so I only mentioned the facials in the spa. I brought it up to an employee, & she said the lady that booked us didn’t put down specifics, & that I should’ve verified when I arrived. I pointed out that I HAD verified with the lady on the phone on multiple occasions, & that if they didn’t have any details for the treatments, the answer isn’t to simply give the most expensive options to charge up their bill as much as possible. She offered us discounts next time we come in, but we simply do not trust them a second time around, especially after such an expensive negligence in management. Thankfully, I had the funds to pay the bill, however, I hate to think I could’ve been put in an uncomfortable situation due to their lack of professionalism & communication, since I’m a big budgeter who is very specific with their money. Like I stated earlier, the services are not bad at all. You just really have to be blunt & clear, otherwise, they will assume you have the money to pay the most expensive options.

Today was my first time coming here I was in the area and really wanting a pedicure. There was no wait time they sat me down in the chair and immediately offered me something to drink. The pampering began from there, Mia took exceptional care of me. She gave me a much needed massage and a beautiful French tip shellac pedicure, then followed all that up with a neck and shoulder massage. I am so relaxed and grateful for all her hard work if you’re looking for a salon stop by and ask for Mia☺️

This salon has been the best nail salon I've ever gone to for several years now. The quality of work, the friendliness of the entire staff, the cleanliness of the salon is unmatched. Judy has done my nails for a few years and she is so sweet and her artistry is always very evident. My nails gets so many compliments from strangers, co-workers and friends. The owner of the salon is incredibly nice and always makes a point to say hello when I see her.
I'm leaving to go on a Disney World vacation tomorrow and I requested Disney inspired nails. Judy has outdone herself with the design she came up with. Love this design and quality of service I receive every single time I come in.

Been coming to this location for 8+ years. The variety of colors are endless and the staff is great but if you want perfection ask for Judy! She is amazing. Doesn’t matter whatever I get done with her, I always get compliments. I can’t recommend her enough!

I recently had a beauty treatment that made me remember my own experience here. It was a few years back, but I came here to get my nails done with my friend. I remember being anxious and unsure of the base color that I wanted. I ended up changing it twice, and I remember the lady doing my nails getting really upset. When she went to file my nails, she did it at a certain angle so that she would repeatedly file my finger. I remember it hurting, but I was scared and didn’t say anything. It bled a little bit.
I had a lot of anxiety at the time because I didn't usually get nail treatments. After being treated well at a beauty appointment years later, I realized just how terrified and uncomfortable I was back then. There was no need for the nail tech to file my skin over and over again just to make my finger bleed.
