Granted, I came in ten minutes before closing. I just got out of work, however, I just came to ask a simple question and stated that as I was walking in. Before I could even say my name, the Hispanic gentleman with glasses immediately started off by saying, “we close in 10 minutes. Is there something you need?” Not a proper greeting or anything.Went on to ask my question, the rep immediately told me no, even though I disclosed to him that I was an established customer and he didn’t bother to pull up my account to see if it was something we could do considering Verizon is advertising deals online and sending me marketing promotional emails, tailored to me.His manager just stood there listening and not offering any advice or recommendations. I would avoid this location due to their the lack of customer service. I came in with the intention of purchasing a phone and his lack of friendliness, poor greeting, and body language just shut me off. If this is a career path they choose to pursue, they will not make it very far.

Amazing experience! I left AT&T and joined Verizon. Kevin Tran was able to get my family setup with the newest iPhones and followed up to ensure everything was going well. Verizon service is out of the world!

Went to Verizon today to port lines and get new lines. Was greeted by Kevin Tran. He was thorough when explaining all the family options available to us. He was very patient with us and even understanding towards my lack of technology understanding paired with 2 rambunctious kids that were acting like little animals. We left with 3 lines and phones that were set up without the hassle of figuring it out ourselves. Recommend you asking for Kevin if you come here!

My experience at this particular location was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Verizon store. I'm a 16-year customer with this company for them to treat me the way they did, unacceptable.The young Asian girl started off real professional and was telling me about various products and services, and when I told her I needed to discuss making changes with my family, she became extremely rude. The last thing she said to me is, "Our we done?"If you go to this location, DO NOT be served by her. If you don't buy anything right away, she becomes rude and irate. As a matter a fact, think I'm going back Monday to speak to her manager on this matter.

I was in the store to purchase two phones and I was assisted by Kevin Tran, even though he doesn't speak much Spanish, he treated me excellently. Kevin was dedicated to giving me the best service and offering me the best options. Kevin is excellent, friendly and knows how to serve those of us who speak Spanish. 5 star service.

I was visiting from out of town and was having issues with my iPhone turning off by itself. Kevin helped me rest my phone and it worked perfectly! He also showed me how to do it myself incase another similar problem happens. Ask for Kevin if y’all ever need help. He’s great and knows what he’s doing.
