Mr. Jorge is by far the nicest, most knowledgeable, and caring associate I’ve met in the last 16 years as a customer of Verizon. Not once, did he push or even try to sell unnecessary services or products to inflate his commission. He answered questions honestly and always in a way of saving us money on our monthly bill. Hearing him speak of his family and how proud he is of recent accomplishments, made my visit here feel at ease and like I was meeting with an old friend, instead of having the feeling of impending dread of upselling unnecessary products and services.

Just went in today; now the first time I went in, the 3 employees there were all very friendly, and we had great conversations as we discussed the options, even laughed and made jokes, and it was a great experience.
But then, I had to leave and return later;
When I went in the second time, there was an older lady (well, older than the other 3 at least), and she was absolutely astonishingly rude.
Exactly like a review from two months ago here by Patrick Pogue explained; he clearly dealt with the same lady.
She literally snapped at me for just asking questions about the features of a $1,000 product I was buying; I mean seriously, each question I asked she just talked down on me like I was some gutter trash.
For example, I asked "does this model have a 512 GB version", and she snapped and gave me a small condescending lecture about what she has to go through to look up the answer in the utmost rude way possible, treating me like a child and acting like I somehow offended her by just asking a question about the product I'm about to invest in
When I asked similar questions to the other nice employees earlier, they responded as one would expect, by nicely saying "yeah sure, just one second I'll look that up"
I mean it is almost indescribable how horrible she treated me; and I'm seriously the nicest person.
She was projecting so much negative energy, it literally drained me and ruined my day;
So I politely just said I'll have to come back another time, and left (to NEVER return there, at least not while she works there)
I've never experienced anything even remotely close to this insane level of rudeness from an employee of a store in my entire 35 year life.
And I could see the looks on the faces of the other nice employees, as they looked embarrassed, and looked like they felt bad for what I was experiencing.
I'd hate to give 1 star, as I hope that doesn't affect all the other very nice employees; it is just that one lady that has some very serious issues, and needs to be fired absolutely immediately.
This also sucks because it's right by my house, which is convenient.
But I now will have to drive much further away to go to another Verizon store.
Not to mention, I still don't have a working phone, because I just had to get out of there; I would rather wait til tomorrow to go to another location, and be without a phone for a day, than put up with that incredibly horribly disrespectful, condescending lady.
I've literally never experienced anything like that in my entire life. Not even close.
For the sake of the other fantastic employees there, she SERIOUSLY needs to go.
This is only my 3rd public review in my entire life; the other two were to say how great the places were; and I don't like writing bad reviews, even if they should be given.
But THIS was just a whole nother league of insane rudeness and disrespect, and it just simply must be addressed.
I wish I knew her name, but I'm positive that, whatever management is reading this: if you just ask them all (emplyees) which employee I'm talking about, they will point her out without hesitation, in a millisecond.
So sad, in a way I feel bad for that lady. She must really be going through something;
Which is understandable.
But to take it out on customers like that.. I'm just at a loss for words now.
I would pay $1,000 just to be guaranteed I never have an interaction with her again, so I can go back to that conveniently located store.

The staffs was friendly and tried to help me with issue of esim, Even though I got it solved by calling the customer service myself.

very confusing sale tactics.beware of all the "discounts" you get when buying. I walked out the door spending $620. I spent 4.5 hours in the store to get new phone service and still had to come back the next day.Honestly this ended up being one of the worst experiences I've ever had and I regret switching to Verizon.

Horrible customer service. Longtime customer with family, went in for an upgrade to existing model, wanted the Samsung 23s. Left the store and am changing carriers because the rep was so extremely rude and condescending. Made feel like a peon just for asking questions. Just like any other major retailer I guess, customer service is non-existent and the staff has this judgmental, condescending attitude. I could have gotten the phone, left on principal. I would definitely recommend against visiting this location ever. Sad to see Verizon go.

I am 28 years old and I have never written a review before. Trying to buy the iPhone 15 Pro Max has been the worst retail experience in my entire life. The order was placed on September 23rd 2023 and there has been nothing but issues. I paid $2016.73 during October and they did not ship the phones. I have gone into the store, the physical store, 5 different times trying to get resolution and they have not helped. Over 10 hours spent in this store in 2023 for them to have not resolved the issue. Honestly exhausted and sad at the service at this location. It is November 3rd and I am here in store to cancel the order and get my refund. I will do anything in my life to never go to this location for the remainder of my life.

I have been a Verizon Customer for 9 years and I have a large family with 10 phone lines from Verizon. We went as a family to upgrade our phones and it has been a nightmare. Their customer service is beyond terrible and their workers do not want to help. We have reached out in person and through their phone support system and it turned into a never ending blame game. They transferred us to multiple departments over and over and said it was another departments fault. Not focused on resolving our issue. After weeks of back and forth they have ensured multiple times that the issue would be resolved and it never was. In the end we have decided to try to do business with another location as this is the worst experience with Verizon we have ever had. If another store shows the same level of incompetency we will be moving all 10 lines to AT&T. Unbelievable

I will rate 0 for this place if I could. They told me their job there is just for the sale. I am changing my Business Line to other companies for sure. It is absolutely not good business. They really don’t care.

Ordered a iphone 15 pro max from this store and they had nothing but complications on getting us the phone after we paid. Extremely negative experience and the staff was unhelpful each time we came in.

Really bad and unhelpful customer service. Unable to resolve issues and if you come in store they just tell you to call customer service in the corner and do not check on you. Completely unhelpful
