Horrible customer service. Longtime customer with family, went in for an upgrade to existing model, wanted the Samsung 23s. Left the store and am changing carriers because the rep was so extremely rude and condescending. Made feel like a peon just for asking questions. Just like any other major retailer I guess, customer service is non-existent and the staff has this judgmental, condescending attitude. I could have gotten the phone, left on principal. I would definitely recommend against visiting this location ever. Sad to see Verizon go.

I am 28 years old and I have never written a review before. Trying to buy the iPhone 15 Pro Max has been the worst retail experience in my entire life. The order was placed on September 23rd 2023 and there has been nothing but issues. I paid $2016.73 during October and they did not ship the phones. I have gone into the store, the physical store, 5 different times trying to get resolution and they have not helped. Over 10 hours spent in this store in 2023 for them to have not resolved the issue. Honestly exhausted and sad at the service at this location. It is November 3rd and I am here in store to cancel the order and get my refund. I will do anything in my life to never go to this location for the remainder of my life.

I have been a Verizon Customer for 9 years and I have a large family with 10 phone lines from Verizon. We went as a family to upgrade our phones and it has been a nightmare. Their customer service is beyond terrible and their workers do not want to help. We have reached out in person and through their phone support system and it turned into a never ending blame game. They transferred us to multiple departments over and over and said it was another departments fault. Not focused on resolving our issue. After weeks of back and forth they have ensured multiple times that the issue would be resolved and it never was. In the end we have decided to try to do business with another location as this is the worst experience with Verizon we have ever had. If another store shows the same level of incompetency we will be moving all 10 lines to AT&T. Unbelievable

I will rate 0 for this place if I could. They told me their job there is just for the sale. I am changing my Business Line to other companies for sure. It is absolutely not good business. They really don’t care.

Ordered a iphone 15 pro max from this store and they had nothing but complications on getting us the phone after we paid. Extremely negative experience and the staff was unhelpful each time we came in.

Really bad and unhelpful customer service. Unable to resolve issues and if you come in store they just tell you to call customer service in the corner and do not check on you. Completely unhelpful

I upgraded from a 12 pro max to a 14 pro max and was supposed to get a $1000 credit. I checked my bill and the credit wasn't issued so I contacted customer support. They told me it was never issued and they couldn't issue it now but they could give me the credit over the length of my 3 year contract BUT I would have to contact them every month for the 3 years and request the credit. They screwed up and now I am going to have to BEG them every month for my $28 credit. This phone will fall apart before I EVER even consider upgrading again.

The verizon representatives essential gave false information regarding internet device and the connectivity options, plus misleading information regarding return policy. Went back to troubleshoot the device, only to find out she lied to sell the product. Poor customer service generally from the outlet.

If zero stars was an option, that would be my rating. Today, my husband took the day off to upgrade his phone. We arrived at this Verizon store at 3:52pm. We were notified at 4:03pm that we were next in line. Around 4:15pm , a man walked in with a bag like he had a return or needed help with a product. He told the greeter that he needed to talk to the female employee. When she finished with the customer she was helping, she went to the man and he immediately asked if anyone was in front of him. Her EXACT words were...IT DOESN'T MATTER. By this time it was almost 4:30pm. We decided to walk out. The greeter approached us and we told him we were leaving. He explained that the man had been in earlier and needed assistance. We had been standing there over 30 minutes and we needed assistance. Had the female employee acknowledged us and told us that she needed to help the man with a previous issue and would be with us soon we would've stayed. She wouldn't even look at us. Makes us wonder if it was because we were the only Black customers in the store. We will never go back to that store.

Terrible experience. Went in Saturday to buy new phones, no one greeted or helped us. Everyone was busy except one older guy who looked us in the face and continued to go chat with the security guard. He glanced our way another time and didn't come help us either (mind you, we looked like we were waiting to be helped). Another woman walked in, and he went right up to her and assisted her. We left and will never return. Lame service/ or prejudice. Either way, it was terrible.

Irene and Sara were very rude, not helpful, lacked interest in customers needs, and not friendly. I would not go back to this location or recommend them. Very poor service ?
