UPDATE: Verizon Representative DONALD was not transparent when we inquired about switching bonus. BUYER BEWARE: The gift cards that VERIZON offers can ONLY be used within Verizon. NOTHING was disclosed regarding gift cards. They have you to believe that electronic gift cards can be used however you like. Unless you're willing to spend MORE of your money with Verizon, gift cards are pointless. Might as well just give folks a credit to their account versus jumping through 100 hoops just to get the gift cards.

Im not going to name drop because i think everyone deserves more than one chance.I walked in as a potential customer. I was testing Verizon out in hopes of being a new customer. 95% of my reason for not going forward with as a new contract is because of the manager at this location. She's terrible at her job and doesn't value a customer they way Verizon want you to believe. I truly feel sorry for Verizon, and whoever has to be in the presence of someone so rude and mean (and probably hurt).The manager doesn't value new/old or potential customers and definitely not her employees. She mirco manage them, creates a bigger problem between employees and customers, and then exits the conversation once she done the worst she can at her job.

We didn't plan on going to this store specifically, but it was where we landed. We had a somewhat complicated request and issue. It took 3 hours to get things resolved. I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service and help we received from David and Mike. Everyone was very nice and attentive. I would highly recommend this store. David and Mike thank you again!

Had issues setting up my cellular apple watch. Associate was clueless, she kept insisting that the phone must be turned on all the time for the watch to receive calls and messages. Walked out of the store and called Verizon customer service and got it fixed right in front of the store.

Came in to get a quote on an IPhone, and was very surprised with how friendly the employees were on this visit! Last time I came here with a family member years ago, I had horrible customer service that made me go to another company for service. Today completely changed that and I am so glad. Thank you!

Customer service is great here. I walked in expecting to have to replace my phone of 3 years. Cassandra worked with me and we found the phone just needed to be rebooted for my new WiFi I got at home a few weeks ago. She was so helpful and didn't try to sell me a new phone. Also, the rep I worked with several weeks ago to replace my home WiFi was great, too!

I've been a customer at this location since they opened. Service used to be good, now not so much. Customer service representatives standing around and no greeting or acknowledgment when I arrived or as I stood and waited. Really disappointed as this is a convenient location to me.

Avoid this store. Monica is a very mediocre Sales Rep, as well her boss. 2 weeks to setup a business account, and still they can't make it work. Go somewhere else

Awful customer service... went in today completely prepared to discuss an upgrade on my phone, which I've waited quite a long time on. And the representative I got had more information probably on how she attached her eyelashes then on the actual phone. Not only did she not answer any of my questions but she turned around and made me go to the actual displays on the wall to get the information, which she didn't even put correct ones on display for comparison... How do you expect me to trust you to buy a phone, through you if you don't even know your own product... I'm doing like what everyone else has told me go to the one on North Mason it seems at least their people are a little more equipped to handle the questions then what I just got handed to me at the store...

Warning to Verizon customers.I got my bill for July today. It contained a $6 increase for "Plan Rate Adjustment Single". That's more than a 20% increase for that bill line item. Their website said that this was for something that I had asked for. I have not asked for any changes. When I called to ask them about it, they told me that it was an increased rate due to "increased costs". If you haven't gotten your Verizon bill yet, look out it's coming!

Verizon is trash service overall and good this location has horrible service. Don't bother with coming here as the billing every month for Verizon has not been accurate.

This location has some awesome people. I spent hours and hours trying to activate a new device online and over the phone with Verizon's support line, and it was an absolutely horrific experience. No rhyme or reason to how you talk to a human about a unique issue.I went into this store and my problem was solved in minutes. New SIM was provided, activated, and immediately worked on a device that the Verizon support line said I would have to return to the seller. Really glad they were able to help me.
