I had an exceptional experience here! The staff, especially Sarah, was incredibly welcoming and professional. Dr. Nguyen was thorough in the examination, explaining each step clearly. They had state-of-the-art equipment, making the process quick and efficient. If you’re looking for an eye exam or new optometrist, do check out this office.

This location was clean and well maintained. Kelly was friendly and very knowledgeable. She was attentive and helpful in finding the right pair of glasses for me. The transaction was quick and painless!

I went to this store today and I didn't like the service. They started doing tests on me without explaining it to me and without my consent. I signed not to have a test done and they wanted to do it anyway. Terrible customer service.

Horrible experience! Told the Optometrist I couldn't see that well after the exam she just blew me off. Got the wrong prescription then want me to pay again for her to fix the prescription.
