My wife and I stopped going to visionworks 2 years ago because of the pushy customer service.
On 7/16/24 we decided to give Visionworks another try and I’m so glad we did because Neoma restored my faith in this company! She greater us as we walked in and allowed us to look around until we were ready for purchase. (No pressure to make a sale)
Then she assisted us. She told us about all the benefits to the extras provided for the glasses and the prices. Still no pressure given to purchase. It was mainly our decision. (Previous times I felt like I was with a car salesman and being pushed to purchase)
We received great customer service and 3 psi of glasses for a great deal. I’ll recommend the Vision works on Fry Rd but ask for Neoma because she’s awesome with a great personality!

I had recently broken my frame and had bought a replacement already. I went in with both my frames and they spent 10 minutes taking my lenses out of my broken frame and putting them into my new one; and they did it for FREE!
6/9/24: Amin tightened the arms on two pairs of glasses free of charge. Was very kind and professional.

I recently visited this place for a new pair of glasses, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The selection of frames is extensive and stylish, catering to all tastes and budgets. The real highlight of my visit was Neoma, who provided exceptional service. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. Neoma's expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. I highly recommend getting your glasses here and be sure to ask for Neoma!

Went to VisionWorks for my eye check up and Dr. Jason Nguyen is really nice and told me exactly what was wrong with my eye. Would definitely go get my eyes checked here again!

I had high hopes for Grand Lakes Eye Care, given the positive reviews I'd read online. However, my experience fell far short of expectations. Despite having an appointment, I was kept waiting for over an hour past my scheduled time. When I finally saw the optometrist, they seemed more focused on upselling additional services than addressing my primary concerns. The lack of professionalism was evident throughout my visit, from the unkempt waiting area to the rushed consultation. Overall, I was thoroughly disappointed with the service provided and would caution others against expecting anything more than mediocrity from this establishment.

1/28/24 Be mindful this is an optical retailer. If this retailer is your only option with insurance, the services folks here are not as knowledgeable about optical insurance industry. I had to educate Amin there are only 2 vision insurance companies in the US. I had to coach her to call both to verify, as I the employee does not see that on my Cigna card.If you need good service at this location, call to ensure Sumina is working. Else you may be there an hour just to order contacts. My bad.If you do not have insurance and do not need premium lenses, go to costco. Their service is #1, they will not push you to their optical as they understand and can communicate in simple terms what is best for you.Unfortunately, I have to go to Visionworks.

I bought 2 pairs of glasses and couldn't be happier. Great selection of frames. Excellent customer service. Price was good due to the promotion they were running. Glasses were ready when promised. I'll definitely return in the future.
