The moment I walked in the store, I was greeted promptly with great customer service and was explained about the services. Customer Care continued with giving me complete explanation of the prices and being fit for my glasses. Nothing but love was outpoured.

I was acknowledged as soon as I walked through door. I was provided explanations of what to expect prior to anyone taking any action or providing me with instructions. No one assumed what I knew or didn't know and provided detailed information to assist with decision making and setting expectation on what to expect. The staff and Dr. Autumn Wooten were profession, yet personal and welcoming. I was pleased with the prices, inventory, and purchase process.

Followed Dr Lee out from Bellaire to Katy. Ordered glasses from Visionworks next door. They are the NICEST people around! Jamie helped us with the order and was very professional, presented options, no hint of upselling at all (unlike other places).Jackie was there today when we picked them up. She is hands down the most friendly and kind person - so helpful! Explained the different adjustments she could do to help with the new glasses, and on top of it, tightened, readjusted, and even CLEANED my old pair of glasses, at no charge, and with a smile! Thank you Jackie, and my husband already loves his new progressives, thanks to your instructions on how to refocus his eyes!

I stopped by Visionworks Green Tree with two pairs of broken glasses that I purchased from an online optical shop, and they fixed them both in less than 5 minutes, free of charge. That kind of customer service impresses me, especially after a different optical shop would not help me because my glasses hadn’t been purchased from their store. The next time I need new glasses, I am getting them here.

I got off late from work and got to the store 10 minutes after closing. I believe his name is Jaime, but he saw me and opened the door so I could pick up my glasses that was there for repair... you certainly don't see that nowadays. Nice to actually see good customer service for a change

This place is a ripoff, they ignored my prescription & gave me glasses that didn’t tint when my prescription specifically said my glasses are supposed to transition whenever it’s sunny outside but instead gave me a pair that didn’t transition at all. Absolutely rude workers who don’t care about anyone but money, they mislead their own customers. Better off going somewhere else for glasses I’m never buying from them again ever especially after misleading & ripping me off.Update: I got a refund because they are way too expensive to get the transitions in when they should’ve done it in the first place as the lady was clearly tryna rip my grandmother & I off because y’all tricked me & made me wait for a week or two all for glasses that couldn’t transition like they were supposed to do so as the prescription said. Too late now as I got my glasses at Walmart instead because they were much more affordable & they actually take humana healthcare unlike this place which wants to rip you off with its expensive prices. Y’all aren’t sorry y’all did this on purpose so y’all need to do better & read more carefully before giving your customers something they didn’t ask for

I went today hoping for a good sale and not only did we get a great sale but we also were blessed to be helped by Paul. If you are in need of an eyeglass location, this is the place to go. Not only will you get good customer service but someone who truly cares.

I will never choose this location!I purchased an eyeglass (Lacoste) less than 4 months ago, and its coating peeled off easily (low quality), the owner told me she can't replace the frame since we don't have it in our stock, also denied for refund or give me another frame or other options. Basically just told me: I am sorry, I can't do it.Next time I will choose a better store with a warranty option.EDIT: despite asking me to contact them with their customer service email, my issue has not been addressed yet.

I had an excellent associate, Ashley who was very nice and knowledgeable, listened and, helped me tremendously with all my concerns and things I wanted with my new glasses. She also took the time to help me in choosing my new glasses, which was very helpful for me. In the past, associates would not help me with that part. I have been coming here between 20-25 years.I was extremely satisfied with my service on all levels.

I live in Missouri and I had to coordinate the purchase of new eyewear for my daughter who lives in Katy. I worked with Paula Baker over the phone and she was very nice and patient during the process. I had a great experience working with her!

Do not go here!!!!!! Horrible service!! There were two people working here today. One lady was actively working with an Asian family and another lady Paula B was the manager on duty today. The manager on duty (Paula) was not interested in helping us today. We were told to have a seat and when the other worker finished with her current customers then she would come help us. We waited over 30 minutes for assistance with purchasing eyeglasses!!!!A white lady and her daughter came in to get eyeglasses fixed and Paula ran to help fix her glasses. When we decided to get up and leave, Paula comes over to "help"... I think this is extremely unacceptable and how many other families has Paula done this too???? I do not recommend this place at all. Paula would rather sit at the computer and play solitare while the other worker finished helping clients before helping others. Do not come here. Poor customer service. This place has gone down the drain
