I am losing count of the number of delayed prescriptions I have had over the last few refills. Today, after saying they will have it ready by 2 - I showed up at 6 in a rush only to find out they had not got around to it. Missed an important event to get there. Disappointed again.

I don't know why the reviews at this location is so low, but I have been to many other Walgreen's pharmacies and this one has always been the most helpful. They are always kind, knowledgeable and eager to make a customer happy.
Just today, I had the pharmacist Sarah, call all the other Walgreens locations in the surrounding areas to see if anyone else had my prescription in stock. When we couldn't find it she advised me with a great alternate solution and my Dr. agreed and I was all set.
Sometimes you just have to be a little patient and kind with everyone. They are always very busy over there, so I feel like a lot of these bad reviews are from impatient people that just want everything there way right away. The world doesn't work like that.

People at the pharmacy are nice however they didn’t know how to accurately run my child’s insurance and I was over charged during this process. I transferred all other medications from them to Walmart

So incredibly rude. I understand that the workers are there to get a job done and the day is long, however you still are there to work with customers who are just human. A hello, how are you, etc. ANYTHING to show that you have some sort of training in customer service or even less, just human decency. A good bit of the people who come through I imagine are sick and also don’t want to be at the pharmacy (like me), but that is reality. The short tone, lack of empathy, lack of understanding, lack of any sort of motivation to help is so discouraging to see. I have the place the benefit of the doubt after my first interaction thinking the girl is one bad seed in the whole place. Maybe if I have someone else, they’ll be somewhat more kind. Boy oh boy was I wrong. I came back 30 minutes later to different person but same nasty attitude. I also completely understand having to validate info to get meds (duh), but I was asked to verify things multiple times and the girl finally snapped and said “can you speak up” and I replied with “sorry. I have strep”. Literally in so much pain to talk I’m doing my best. So no. I cannot. Not to mention a ridiculous wait time. For a very common antibiotic. I was told I would receive a text when my prescription was ready. I never did. It got to be right before closing so I decided to just try again because I didn’t want to wait until morning. The next girl said it had been ready for a while. I am so incredibly disappointed and really annoyed after this awful experience. I feel like I’ll be beating a dead horse if I go on, but Walgreens just needs to do better.

I don’t really know what to say. The lack of care and customer service is baffling. I previously had a great experience with this particular location, which is why I chose this one over the three other ones that are closer to me. Walgreens overall is awful and I don’t know what is going on, but get it together. They are constantly overwhelmed, overworked and I while I understand, there is still a job to be done…but the customer service is terrible. When you call, you’re not greeted with a hello, it’s an automatic hold time, constant sighing, explanations prefacing with well or oh well and constant having to push them to do their job instead of them doing their jobs automatically and not having customers forced to call or just go up there for no reason. I am constantly having to call and the website will show one thing but the representative I speak to will tell me something totally different and so I don’t know what’s correct. It is insane. Again, this is Walgreens overall.

Very long wait, don’t wast your time, instead go to some other pharmacy. They should hire more staff.

I came here to drop off a package for FedEx and it took less than a minute to process it! I love it!Also they have some items really for day to day stuffs like snacks and drinks as well as personal cares!

Honestly the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They have not been able to fill my brand name script for 4 months and every time I get a call to say it has been filled, when I get there (a) it is not filled (b) they fill the generic and not the brand name (not covered by my insurance as I have told them for the past 4 months) or (c) they tell me the have to order it even though they told me it was ready and one of the above things happens again. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.

Incredibly long wait time for prescriptions that they had readily available. Was told they were ready after 4 hrs and me constantly calling, only to get there and have to wait more. Finally filled 1 of 2 prescriptions and said only 1 was sent over, when I confirmed my doctor sent both.

Staff at this location is not ready to help, they are too busy for the customers, specially the pharmacist. This location made me to switch from Walgreens after 10 years

I'm looking for a new pharmacy as we speak. They've never been the kindest.... But this last year the pharmacy staff is absolutely rude af! One of the worst times of the month for me, consistently, is having to try to call or talk to the staff here. Never answer the phone, and when they do, they talk down to you, treat you like shit, and hang up on you!! Every. Single. Time.
