The pharnacy at Walgreens needs serious help. They really need to either hire additional help or design a better call in system. I have been on hold for 15 minutes and every few minutes the call was answered and immediately placed on hold. One of the times this happened the lady said "Oh my God" before placing my call back on hold. I will try HEB right next door.

Alex is the rudest pharmacist I have ever experienced at drive through.No name tag or card, he gave me an empty bag and had charged 35.00 and no refund for filling prescription wrong. Previously same store gave me wrong sticker name on generic med. Sloppy at best they throw the closed sign when nothing was completed.Will never be treated like their garbage again.

This Walgreens never has my prescription same day, even for basic prescriptions. Today, we’ve gone back and forth several times to try and pick my RX up after they emailed and text me this morning saying it was ready for pickup. My husband finally went inside after the same sign was outside “no pharmacist on duty” and he was told their hasn’t been a pharmacist their all day. And we could “go get it from another Walgreens”.

Just got victimized by a older lady, with short hair working the registry, bad actitud, very rude. Maybe her cognitive capacity is declining.

I have had my last argument with the pharmacy. They blame everyone else when they sit on their hands.I recommend going anywhere else.

At present, the pharmacy functions with increased efficiency and delivers superior services as compared to the past. Nonetheless, I encountered a discourteous pharmacy staff member who kept me waiting for over an hour despite having an appointment. This level of service was truly unacceptable. However, I haven't seen that staff member again, leading me to believe that they were possibly fired.

Oh Man! Kindly shut this store. All the employees are untrained. They have ZERO care for the people. In store experience was hella bad. Drive through extremely worst. Last time in the drive through I waited 30 mins but cars in front of me didn’t not move a bit. Today I am here waiting for 15 mins pressed the call button. No one cares. Guess what! I have no option but to walk in the store with flu symptoms. The employees here jus don’t care and highly untrained

My husband and I came here to fill a prescription for cancer. It was a cough medicine and our first time at this pharmacy.The lady at the pick-up window was kind. But she was charging us for the prescription and our doctor informed us that my husbands insurance will cover the full cost - so we asked the lady to verify my husbands insurance again.She called the doctor over, had her look over the insurance, only for Doctor to tell us we had an unauthorized prescription because my husbands doctor wasn’t authorize to prescribe a cough medicine? yet, they were gonna charge us cash for it?after driving away we realize they didn’t return the prescription so my husband walked in to get it back so that we can fill it somewhere else since the doctor was obviously lying and unwilling to fill it.He was told they were going to call his doctor to verify the prescription ?? This was after they said his doctor wasn’t authorized to prescribe it. They wanted to work with us after my husband called them out.We went somewhere else and had our prescription filled and covered.Definitely won’t be coming back here. Wasted our time.

I’ve only been to this pharmacy once but the experience was very positive. I transferred a prescription from my local Walgreens pharmacy to this one. The pharmacist had it ready in 15 minutes. (Tuesday at 5 pm) This included adding the manufacturer’s savings coupon. The lady at the pickup window was super nice as well.

The absolute worst pharmacy that I've had the misfortune of attempting to get a prescription filled at. I say "attempt" because after spending all week trying to get a straightforward script filled, they failed to get the medication ordered at least twice. The pharmacy also failed to communicate any of these issues or to call back with an update (as they promised). Finally, the staff at this location were utterly unable to figure out a vendor coupon that existed specifically from a partnership between Walgreens and the drug manufacturer. Good luck getting them to answer their phones in a timely manner (if at all).I ended up taking my prescription to a grocery store pharmacy who was able to not only resolve the coupon issue but fill the prescription in 30 minutes. Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else.

I must say that the customer service that I received from Coralee in pharmacy was by far the level of hospitality I receive from hospital nurses when asking about the process of getting my prescriptions filled. She was so patient and really took her time with me and hopefully she is there when I go back and receive my booster!

Customer service is at its worst especially Rebecca Gregory, my daughter tested positive for the flu and came to this location as they had the medication in stock and she was rude from the beginning! If she doesn’t like her job go and get a new one!

Made appointments for a vaccine on 10/21 at 7pm. Filled out the forms online the day before but was made to do it again upon arrival the day of. Then waited an hour and a half to get the vaccine. The lady who administered the vaccine was very pleasant- nothing against her. But having made an appointment, having to refill out all of the forms previously filled online and to wait an hour and a half made it a really bad experience. :(
