If you are in a hurry to get your medicine, avoid this store.My prescription for Covid was called in at noon. I called every hour, until 530pm, and I was told "not ready, and call again another hour".Finally I asked to speak with a human being, and after some shuffling, she responded that it was ready.I drove to the store, and was told at the register to wait another 30 minutes. ?I challenged that statement, when someone told the register that it was ready.

Horrible experience. It used to be better but lately, they have been charging more.I accidentally went there late and they were closed, so i went to the wallgreens on parkrow and fry and asked them to pull the prescription over,To my surprise, my bill went from 65 to 11$ for the same medicine.When i asked them the reason, the worker at parkrow told me that they have an option to add good rx on top of ins.I tried to tell the pharmacist at the morton location, but they couldn't figure it out

This pharmacy needs to open up a little bit earlier as they open a little bit later never heard of a pharmacy that close early and open up so late then turn around and close for lunch like why?

Speed of service is horrendous. You have to wait in line for 30 minutes to pick up prescriptions

I schedule a booster 1 week ago I waited over 1hr and come ti find out the lady that took the injection was barely coming back from lunch. If your employees or those affiliated with Walgreens take late lunches then block out window. She came back walking slow as molasses and was laughing and having conversation with other team in the pharmacy before even seeing me. They also left me a voicemail 30mins into waiting stating I left my vaccination card. I stated "how to pharmacist" if you had it over an hour. She stated she had no idea why I rec. that- they are disorganized and a mess. Secondly if you are needing a PCR test and you need it within 72hrs just go to CVS I got one done there thankfully yesterday (Thursday) today (Friday) waited ONE hour in drive thru at this Walgreens the line was wrapped around the store only for her to say it's 2 business days and I may not receive until Tuesday. I fly out the country this Sunday thankfully I have my CVS one. DO NOT take PCR here for travel or get your vaccines/boosters. They are ridiculous and lack customer service. People were blowing in drive-thru. The young pharmacists also was extremely rude to an elderly Asian lady the day I waited over an hour to get my booster and she was simply hard of hearing and had several questions regarding medications- Ma'm that is YOUR a job to help assist her.

It was easy to make a vaccine appointment online, but they do not honor your appointment time. I waited 15 minutes after my appointment time to get my vaccine, which literally took 1 minute to administer. Not the worse thing in the world, just know before you go.

I came here for a few items and they were some supplies missing. The stock in some items ar e low. The customer service needs to improve. Some customers were leaving due to the amount of time in line. I will not return.

Dr prescribes my son chewable medication. When it was time to refill the medication the Rx was sent as a capsule. Instead of putting two and two together and checking to make sure it was correct they filled it "as is" knowing the history of the patient as chewable or liquid medication and they didn't say anything!! Now they won't make it right. So my son is stuck for a month without his medication because of their negligence. My family will be switching pharmacies. This is absolutely unacceptable. How hard is it to confirm the medication?!? I'm so beyond livid. I can't believe they would give my child the wrong medication. Absolutely pathetic. Also you can never hear them over the phone. Their phone system is so outdated it's ridiculous.

I keep forgetting how poorly run walgreens pharmacies are. Thos location is exceptionally bad. If you really hate yourself and want to waste an hour come stand in line here or book an appointment and still Stan in line only to not get your shot. Seriously amazingly incompetent

Y'all need to get better customer service manger that worked there there today was very Fashion and very rude simply was trying to buy a bear and wants to get a attitude because I he said I didn't need help and he continually repeated to ask me if I needed help and then wants to get mad and get rude when I told him no I don't need help stop being fucking rude , and I will be calling HR about this

Do not get a PCR test here! They send it to a lab inTennesee! Two days post sample collection and they still don't have ours. The test takes 2-3 days to result after they get it. So 4-5 days after I went (way past the 72 hrs the test is good for) I may get a result. If I could give zero stars I would.
