Team does not comply with the schedule. 7/6/23 doors were closed at 10:50pm. Cars were parked outside and the store had all the Lights on but doors were locked. By the time I went to another store it was already late. Then I had to drive all over Katy in order to get my child coughing medicine. Definitely will contact corporate about this. Otherwise change the change the closing schedule so I don’t loose a trip there.

Geiselle, who was working at the photo counter is probably the single most disrespectful person I’ve ever had to encounter in public. She was so rude and refused to give me my pictures that were sitting right behind her because she was “closed” yet still standing and working behind the photo counter on developing photos. Her behavior was nothing short of disgusting and I am embarrassed for her and her behavior. She needs a lesson on customer service or just being a decent human in general.

Always great experience. Professional behavior by all of the staff and they are always helpful.I was looking for specific items that I couldn't find, the person restocking the shelves took the time not just to help me find the items I am looking for but also explain the difference between the different options.

Jermyah took the time to find a medicine for me at another Walgreens that they were out of. She was very thoughtful and went above and beyond. I like this pharmacy and always find them very helpful.

They have the nicest staff here!!! I was next door at the alterations place and when I came out my car wouldn't start, so walked to Walgreens to see if anyone had jumper cables. Thankfully someone actually had some and he helped me get my car started. Thank you to everyone that helped!

Been doing curbside for several weeks now every 3-6 days for glucose strips due to gestational diabetes. The MANAGER blamed me for HER not knowing her system and what it means. When you do curbside you let them know when you are on your way and I always put 10 mins even though I am here before that time. She told me that I put I was already here 10 mins ago and got a attitude about it. This is why they checked it out and I could not proceed with online check in. I told her that is not true as the question I answered was how long until I would he here. I also informed here I am here 2-3 times a week for strips. Her attitude quickly changed along with her blaming me once I said that. Then the woman that brought out my order apologized for her managers behavior. Will be getting my glucose strips elsewhere from here on out. Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily rude!

The pharmacy drive thru is a little slow due to Covid precautions; however, the pharmacist and staff could not be more helpful, competent and patient-centered. Fantastic customer service! Worth the wait.

I have shopped this store for several years. The pharmacy is outstanding! They are friendly and knowledgeable and they work with speed and accuracy. They are always ready to go the extra mile for you if you need help with insurance or calling the doctors. The whole store is clean and the associates are friendly. I highly recommend shopping at this Walgreens.
