This Walgreens is pretty bad at having the prescription ready when they say it will be. Three time have tried to get the prescription for my wife, put off every time, finally said we will wait until it is ready now, no more coming back. Had to wait a half an hour to get it.

I frequent this Walgreens often, my first couple experiences here with the pharmacy was horrible! However I only go back now when needing to pick up toiletries and the ONLY reason I go there is bc of Daisy! Her customer service is AMAZING she’s helpful and very informative!

AVPID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COST. The pharmacy here is less than helpful. They do not follow up with rx times. They do not notify you when they are out of stock of your prescription. They do not notify you when it's full. If you call the automated pharmacy number they will tell you it will be there and ready even if they don't have that medicine in stock.

Would give zero stars if possible. Do not use this location if you actually need your prescription filled. They either ‘can’t find it’, don’t have the meds, etc. Always a hassle, rude techs….

I am the wife of Travis and I just want to say that this Walgreens isn’t friendly or professional with handling your questions and takes forever to refill your prescriptions. I hope no one else has the same problem and if so you have been warned. I’m refilling my family & I’s prescriptions elsewhere!!

My husband called to see if a prescription was ready on Thursday May 9th he was told it would be ready on the 10th. He went to pick it up on the 10th and they said he couldn't get it until 11th because the perscription the doctor sent had 11th on it. If they would have given him that information he could have contacted the doctors office before they closed for the weekend to correct the date. On the 11th the store was closed do to flooding from broken pipe & is still closed on 12th. This prescription cannot be picked up at another store so he is without until Monday when he can talk to his doctor. The woman pharmacist was very rude when he explained the miscommunication that was given to him at the store on the 9th!

Terrible enough for me to bother writing a review. They sent me a dosage 3x higher than the prescription after trying to get them to change it multiple times.. Just a matter of time before they kill someone

I went on line 4 day's ago to request a refill. I called to find out if it was ready and I was put on hold 7 times after 24 minutes and was disconnected Extremely aggravating. I will never do business with this location again. I have asthma and I really really need this medicine

I would give them zero stars if able. They are slow and not helpful at all! The girl I spoke to today sounded like a broken record. I have Flu type A and a Respiratory Tract Infection and she'd rather me come pick up my prescriptions,rather than put it all in the same bag for same day delivery when i have already paid for it. Go somewhere else if you have that option, I know I will be changing pharmacies even if I have to drive to Firethorne. P.S. - Rita I love you! You are always helpful and grateful.

Not sure if the systems were having issues or what but my experience was pretty bad. Staffing needs some help as they were stumbling over each other. Went in 2 get my TDAP/RSV vaccinations. Had an appointment and all. They had issues with figuring out why I was there, printing my paperwork, and processing my insurance. Then the pharmacist tells me I need a prescription to get the RSV vaccine as of a rule enforced “a few weeks ago”. At one point they told me my insurance information couldn’t be validated. Drove 10 minute's down the street to CVS, got both vaccines free of charge in 10 minutes.

Worst Walgreens ever! They never have my scripts ready on time causing me to re-start long drive through line. Like seriously I have a life with children I don’t just drive 20 minutes to Walgreens to sit and wait a ridiculous amount of time only for them to tell me to drive around and wait again. Not to mention the lady had the nerve to hang the speaker up on me and walked away. Wow. Can’t wait to switch pharmacies!

Incompetent, useless pharmacy staff. They took forever to fill a prescription (much longer than the estimated wait time). When it was finally ready, I went inside just to be told they don’t accept the insurance. We had asked about that previously and they said it wasn’t an issue.Terrible customer service and pure incompetence. Stay away
