I would give them zero stars if able. They are slow and not helpful at all! The girl I spoke to today sounded like a broken record. I have Flu type A and a Respiratory Tract Infection and she'd rather me come pick up my prescriptions,rather than put it all in the same bag for same day delivery when i have already paid for it. Go somewhere else if you have that option, I know I will be changing pharmacies even if I have to drive to Firethorne. P.S. - Rita I love you! You are always helpful and grateful.

Not sure if the systems were having issues or what but my experience was pretty bad. Staffing needs some help as they were stumbling over each other. Went in 2 get my TDAP/RSV vaccinations. Had an appointment and all. They had issues with figuring out why I was there, printing my paperwork, and processing my insurance. Then the pharmacist tells me I need a prescription to get the RSV vaccine as of a rule enforced “a few weeks ago”. At one point they told me my insurance information couldn’t be validated. Drove 10 minute's down the street to CVS, got both vaccines free of charge in 10 minutes.

Worst Walgreens ever! They never have my scripts ready on time causing me to re-start long drive through line. Like seriously I have a life with children I don’t just drive 20 minutes to Walgreens to sit and wait a ridiculous amount of time only for them to tell me to drive around and wait again. Not to mention the lady had the nerve to hang the speaker up on me and walked away. Wow. Can’t wait to switch pharmacies!

Incompetent, useless pharmacy staff. They took forever to fill a prescription (much longer than the estimated wait time). When it was finally ready, I went inside just to be told they don’t accept the insurance. We had asked about that previously and they said it wasn’t an issue.Terrible customer service and pure incompetence. Stay away

I was on the phone on hold for over 30 minutes and hung up on twice. Awful customer service. Y’all find somewhere else for your pharmaceutical needs.

Go to any other pharmacy. I was in line before they closed for lunch and they still closed it and I had to wait a half hour after already driving 45 minutes to pick up one prescription.

Don't appreciate the pharmacy being closed from 1:30 to 2:00 for a lunch break. Don't get me wrong, everyone needs to have time to relax, rest and unwind, during the day since they are always on their feet but they can stagger employees lunches so that they have coverage for those customers who can only get over here at this time to pick up or drop off a prescription.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY!!!! SLOW AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Would have given them (0) Stars if that was an option. The breakdown started before I walked in the door. First of all I paid for my prescriptions with the "Easy Pay". I never received an email or text with the code I needed to pick up the prescriptions that I had paid for. Which is ironic because I get slammed with calls and text from you guys about everything else. The staff offered no assistance, namely Victoria who was very rude and the pharmacist, Andy Phan, just walked off when I tried to express my frustration with the situation, and this was the Pharmacy manager. Guess it starts from the top down.

I called to ask a CRUCIAL question about a RX and they kept putting me on hold without even hearing me at all. Not even a chance to say anything. They did this 7 times in 25 mins. And not once did they ever speak to me. VERY unprofessional. If your job sucks that bad, give it to someone who actually WANTS to work. Go work at a taqueria and make tortillas since that's where you belong anyways.

This has to be the slowest pharmacy. By the time you get to the front of the line, you'll have new symptoms and will need different meds. I don't know what takes so long...are they cooking everything up from scratch like Walter White?I would rate them 0, but they get a bonus star for being next to a football stadium. I got to watch an entire game while waiting in line.

Zero stars if I could. Drive farther to different location. Listen to the reviews don't make the same mistake that I've made. When you call them they say they didn't received the prescription. When you drive there they got the prescription and will get em ready when they are ready get ready to wait 40 mins (i counted) at drive thru. Slow doesn't even describe...

The rep on the drive through window to pick medication are not trained probably. Stop by to pick up prescriptions yesterday 06/30/23. There was no one in line, I pulled up and the clerk was on the phone, she stared at me and looked away not a hello, not even she will be with me in a few. After about 5 mins sitting in the car, she still did not attend to me, I honk and she never said a word. Pharmacist on duty ended up saying someone will be with me shortly. After about another 5mins she then came on the intercom and no apologies, first word that came out her mouth was how can I help you. Walgreens can do better, hire capable staffs. In your line of business, customer service is a big deal! SMDH.

Recently remodeled. Store looks great and clean. The pharmacy is still understaffed and busy and getting busier all the time. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

I don't think I've ever posted a review in my life. Had to post one for this place. Don't be like me and ignore the MANY bad reviews about the pharmacy, it truly is terrible for so many reasons. I don't mind long waits. I really don't. But that is the beginning of a very long list of issues here, which is why I am so frustrated. For example, they've prescribed me the wrong brand of drug twice, both of which caused adverse reactions and then proceeded to try to convince me that they were all the same. I don't know who to blame (the pharmacist, the techs, the whole team) but honestly it doesn't matter. Please save your time and just drive a little further to somewhere else. I PROMISE YOU your life will be so much easier. They need serious help.
