Customers have had mixed experiences at Walgreens. While making a vaccine appointment online was easy, some have had to wait longer than their scheduled appointment time to receive the vaccine. However, one customer praised the excellent customer service of an elderly lady who works at the store, noting that she takes care of all the customers. The customer also appreciated Walgreens' efforts to keep customers safe by wearing masks. Another customer was particularly impressed with the outstanding customer service of the pharmacist, Raymond. They noted that Raymond went above and beyond to address their needs, even calling other pharmacies on their behalf. The customer said they would never go to another pharmacy if Raymond is not working, as he has exceptional customer service skills and is very compassionate. On the other hand, one customer had a difficult experience with the staff, but one employee, Joseph, was able to solve their problem instantly, saving their Mother's Day gift. The customer also mentioned that the parking lot at this Walgreens location is always filthy and full of garbage, and they suggested that the store should have younger employees clean it up daily.
The employees are always very polite and helpful, especially in the pharmacy.

Pharmacy sucks, they have two lanes and one of them either doesn’t work or they ignore customers in the second lane. They also called me 10 times to let me know my prescription was ready but when I got there I still had to wait 20 minutes for it to be ready.
