I have TRIED to give this Walgreens location a chance but every time I go in there they give me a reason NOT to ever want to return. Today I had by far the rudest encounter with your “shift lead” Alyaa! I KINDLY asked her for my picture order and she proceeded to give me an attitude the whole time. I had to repeat my name and last name multiple times and she got angrier each time just because she wasn’t able to locate my order. Tried to argue with me saying that I must have placed “multiple orders” when in fact it was only one, just different size prints(which I stated at the beginning). She finally found them and continued checking me out with the angriest face. Definitely NOT the type of customer service anyone deserves. At this point, I will be making the drive to another Walgreens or CVS because I never want to go here again.

Hunter and Dana at the Katy TX Cinco Trace/FM 1463 location were super helpful and provided excellent customer service.

This is by far the worst Walgreens I’ve ever shopped. Alyaa, whom I believe is a manager is rude, detached, and couldn’t care less about customer service. I visit this location due to the proximity to my home. The service has always been horrible. Is there an assigned district manager? It’s like there is no leadership in place.

I scheduled a Covid test and came, checked in for my appointment through their QR code counter check in. Thirty minutes passed and I still wasn’t not called in for a test.. so I went to the pharmacy counter and asked about my appointment. The staff said they are out of tests and don’t know why the system lets people schedule an exam. If this is a known issue, why didn’t the employees proactively call the customer to notify them so no one’s time is wasted?

I try to transfer my Prescription to this Store from CVS. My insurance confirmed my Prescription transfer to this store, But when I go to this store to pick up my prescription manager saying my 'UHC-Commercial' is not contracted with this store. Manager is not having proper information or knowledge how the Prescription transfer works. Later my prescription transferred to this store same day. But i picked my Prescription from CVS only.Not going to this store anymore
