Don’t not even attempt to order at this bakery.They didn’t even call us to let us know that our cake wouldn’t be made. They won’t answer the phone. They pretend to put you on hold. Terrible terrible service.

I ordered and paid for a cake from this bakery online. When I arrived to pick up the cake, after waiting over 20 minutes for someone to assist me and the other customers waiting, I was offered a smashed and smeared cake at a discounted price. It was disgraceful! The guy whom brought out the cake from the back said, “I don’t know what happened to it, but I can give it to you half price.” I explained to him that I didn’t pay for a damaged cane and there is NOTHING at all that I can do with this cake on the day of the party. I waited more times for a manager, Wendy, who came over and she was just as shocked as I was to see the cake. She even took a picture! Save yourself the agony and order your cake from another bakery where there are workers available to assist you and will offer you professionalism and good product instead of damaged cakes at a discounted price. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM WALMART BAKERY EVER AGAIN!!
