Went there to get an oil change, i actually got some of my oil chsnges there then I don’t have time to do it myself . I got a check engine light . Got the diagnosed and it was based on the poor quality oil even when I pay for synthetic they probably don’t even change it . Once the last oil change got done . The check in light came up after 2k miles . Took the truck to the shop they flushed it and it was black black. Got the diagnosed that my engine got damages because of the oil. I do not recommend anyone to get any type of vehicle service at Walmart. They will damage your vehicle and now I have to pay $4,000 in repairs

So it's been about a week and a half since I've been back to this, Walmart I'm trying to find another one that's a little bit better, but we did self check out right by the door, where you walk out, ladies looking at us and everything else, and I was going out the other door where our car is parked, and My son had our bags I had the receipt but when I turned around, I saw her stopping him so I started walking right towards the lady to show her my receipt! She grabbed the receipt out of my hand and didn't look in the bag, but was trying to grab my sons kombucha out of his hand! I said excuse me it's right there on the receipt and she still kept trying to grab the kombucha out of his hand and I said ma'am do you have probable cause to stop and ask him for anything? And she insisted on grabbing the kombucha out of his hand still when it was right there clearly on the receipt! while she's doing this she's letting four people pass us without saying hold up walking out with carts full of shit asked her. Why aren't you stopping these people? And she was still insisting on grabbing the kombucha out of his hand when it was clearly on the receipt I grabbed No. I snatched my receipt back from her and I said, unless you have probable cause you better quit doing your racial profiling thing.! Because as I see it right now, this is racial profiling what you're doing! I was so darn mad!!!! I was going to report her, but My Son said no she's just probably having a hard day at work! But that's not my problem you don't racial profile somebody's child or family and then let your kind be it white, brown ,black ,green, purple just walk on by !!! I am not a racist person. I am far from that. I have such a mixed family and it just really irks me that somebody would do this. It just chaps my hide! If I had my way that day, she would've lost her job.

Waited 45 minutes to check out in automotive. Cashier couldn't figure out how to process battery exchange and service manager was unloading pallets outside

this one is probably the worst walmart you could go to. no one wants to help you, and when you ask they point you to someone else who won't help either. I sat in the cosmetics isle for 25 mins today pressing the associate button also while looking for someone to ask with a key, and absolutely no one came. Finally someone did come but he has been the only one running back and forth trying to help everyone and it's his first day on cosmetics. there's about a million people working here a day that i see doing absolutely nothing, pretending to stock isles or sweeping absolutely nothing. it's ridiculous. do not recommend this walmart

Every time I step into a Wal-Mart, it's one of the worst experiences and I'm always leaving in a foul mood. The workers at this location (specifically electronics and garden) are not worried about providing any kind of customer service. One instance I wanted a $6 phone charger that was locked up and the employee at the electronic dept just said they didn't have the key to open it and didn't assist me further. So I left and bought it elsewhere. The garden dept never seems to have the registers open and when there are workers there they just ignore you or give you attitude. It's like some workers are surprised you came in to purchase items or I guess just hate their jobs and take it out on customers. It's unbelievable. Such a huge corporation and they can't train their employees on how to provide customer service. I'm not even asking for exceptional customer service just some level of it. Our cashier today (in grocery section since garden was unavailable) was absolutely lovely and the only reason im giving 2 stars instead of 1. It's unfortunate that the majority of the employees don't take after her. It's a mixed bag honestly. You never know what you're going to get. But for the most part never a good experience.

This place is so run down and ghetto. The assistance from their staff is non existent. Most of their beauty items are locked in security cabinets and you need to wait 30 minutes to find assistance. I hope this place goes out of business. Worthless. Save yourself some time.... Visit the Elyson Target.

They should strongly consider closing the doors at this location. Over the years I've seen this location (6060 N Fry Rd, Katy, TX 77449) go down the drain. The service and management get a -100 and the store get the same rating. I have too many negative experiences at this location and yesterday I decided to use my money elsewhere. I also will be writing a letter to their corporate office to advise them from a Customers perspective just how dissatisfied I've been and recommend that they either get new Management staff or close their doors.

Curbside pick up takes an hour. I've tried the delivery as well and they never dropped off my order so I had to cancel.

Worst customer experience ever. I called over 15 times. Representative answered the phone and hung it up! When they realized they didn’t actually hang it up but put it on hold they took the phone off hold & laid it down. I could hear all the background but no one ever said hello. For 10 minutes I tried calling back but they phone was off the hook so it never went through.
I’m really disappointed as the job requires answering the phone and taking orders but seems no one wants to do the job on a Friday night.

Went shopping this morning. Took an hour to get everything I needed. When I went to checkout at the one available cashier she told me that they were only taking cash payments. The Manager was standing right there and I asked why and got no reply, she just stare at me with a blank look. I left leaving my basket. This store has gone down hill anyway, they never have enough cashiers and lately they can't keep their vegetable department or others stocked. Went to HEB and what a difference. I will be shopping at HEB from now on.

the worst Walmart in katy.getting fed up making a special trip to get a few things, to find out they are out!,does anyone watch the check out area, seems like just about every time that I go people are standing waiting to check out, don't ever see management anywhere.went to heb later, much better!
