Had a very bad experience this seems to be the old ladies club , if your not in communication with them they ignore you ...... they sit around all day and make jokes about people , seems like they have way too much time on their hands and no cushy service skills at all to help any of our that ask for help... Mrs. Barbera seems to be the manager /ring leader .... Does anyone take their jobs serious anymore ... I'm highly disappointed In Walmart for keeping the same people in rotation

I have a severe medical issue that requires me to eat food when I'm about to faint, unfortunately I didn't bring my card and I was unaware they didn't use tap to pay, I walk up to this one lady who said she's a manager there and immediately she had a horrible attitude, told another really sweet lady to help me out,( a beautiful younger black girl who was extremely kind and patient with my situation, I'm unaware of her name) anyway while she was helping me out, the manager walked over cus I was taking too long and helped out another customer and whispered "oh my god" under her breath too me like I was a problem, so I told the other lady it was fine and I could ask someone else if they had cash app so I could pay them through cash app in exchange for the food that i seriously needed. The manager started yelling at me and saying I can't solicit customers, I told her it's not soliciting if you're paying them back, and it's not like I was pestering anyone, I literally just asked one lady if she had cash app, I asked her what her problem was because she'd been rude to me scone I'd gotten there and she said I was the rude one, even though when I walked over and talked to her I literally said "excuse me miss do y'all have tap to pay here?" And she treated me like I ruined her day. I dropped a "wtf?" And she told me I was being aggressive and that I needed to leave. So I walked out and threw her a nice "ok have a great day B-". Where has people's kindness gone? When I was a child my dad had no problem helping someone out who was in need, especially since I was having a medical emergency and needed food in my system asap. I thankfully made it to a gas station right before I was about to faint, but that lady shouldn't be working there her employees looked like the hated her. I'm honestly disturbed and honestly I wouldn't put it past that lady to put her hands on a customer because she got angry for no reason fast. Quite the safety concern having someone like that work for them. Genuinely just had a really bad medical emergency and I'm really happy that I'm ok.

I've been a Walmart Market customer over Kroger and HEB for years. Both Kroger and HEB have given me items that resulted in me needing to return. Walmart always provides me with fresh produce and truly picks items that I believe they would want take home, too. Not only that but their customer service is beyond anything I would expect. Tonight, I couldn't make my pick up and the app wouldn't let me reschedule (only cancel) and a REAL person sent me a text to reschedule. Talk about mind blown! Selection and value also suit our needs.

I am beyond disappointed at the management of this store. Their lack of willingness to resolve a simple issue left me surprised. They clearly do not have any interest in looking for alternatives, they’re only interested in what they have to say and dismiss you without regard. Customer service is important, it was lacking today.

Just wanted to say what a great place to shop. The staff is awesome especially Hamed who went the extra mile to carry a case of 40 water bottles to my car. Very much appreciated!

Good variety. Have everything. Office, clothes, groceries, garden, et al. Employees aren't too professional, but reluctantly helpful. They've relocated the pharmacy, et al. Good value.

Today I visited this store on 12.06.23, around 3:50 pm, I needed an item from a locked glass shelf. i pressed the button for serves . A old lady with grey hair and wearing a baseball cap came by and unlock the case and retrieved the item. She stated ,I'm taking this to register #4. I had another item with me, so I asked her if she could take this item with her too. I asked her several times, I asked her why she was ignoring me, so she finally took the other item from. I don't understand why she treat me this way . I advised her that Im a customer, and shouldn't be ignored. Her answer was "customer". I asked her for a supervisor , she stated she was a supervisor. I asked for her and her supervisor, she refused to give me an answer. I asked the cashier for the grey hair supervisor, and she stated it was " JEAN". Yep as they say "this store has taken a bad turn". I you call ph# 832.772.9978 the recording states" We appreciate your business". we are looking for the opportunity to serve you" , well today they didn't appreciate my business or were looking to serve me. I don't recommend this location.. Im waiting for Walmart response.

So today I went into the Walmart that is around the corner from my house. It is my regular place to go for that very reason. I have 2 little kids that I have to go grocery shopping for myself and them regularly. I probably spend $200 a week there. I have a young autistic son who's very picky about what he will eat or drink. One of the only things besides water that he will drink is whole organic milk. Like a lot of autistic children, he is very sensitive to the taste and textures and can easily recognize when something is different. I've always given him whole organic milk based off of what his pediatrician recommended. And that's all that he will drink now (We've tried giving him 2% milk and he won't drink it) So when I went in to Walmart today there was zero whole organic milk that was the walmart brand. I asked a lady who was putting away eggs if they had any of the back and she said no without going to look. I said will they price match?... and she said I don't know Maybe talk to the manager. So I went to the front and found an associate told her the problem, and she went and got manager. When I talk to the manager She said very quickly that Walmart no longer had the policy about price matching And look like she was irritated. Then another manager walked up and I had to ask both of them if somebody would actually take the time to go look in the back and see if there was actually any milk in the back (since no one had actually taken the time to look up to this point) At that point, we did go to the back and look and there were none. At which point they pretty much shrugged and walked away. I will not be back to this walmart for several reasons. First of those is that they are not doing the price matching anymore. Even though they're not keeping up with inventory. And that's forcing people to have to go by higher priced items if they wanna continue to shop in the store. Which is a sneaky tactic to make more money??? And I'm not going to spend my money in a place like that.( Especially a staple food like milk) Secondly walmart's prices aren't that good anymore... Aldi's might have less of a selection, but their brands are good and their prices are typically better And at this particular location everytime I've gone in and asked for help i've been given a look of annoyance or told they "don't know" (With no action to try to find out or help in anyway) For the difference in price of probably about $3 more in milk and and a generally friendly, and helpful attitude from employees ( Mostly that second part by the way)You've lost thousands of dollars worth of business.

I used to like this store but things have taken a bad turn.Recently they've done away with the employee checkouts so now you have to check yourself out. This would be okay if the workers weren't profiling you while you check out..Let me start by saying-when they did have employee checkout; the cashiers rarely spoke. It made for an awkward shopping experience.Incident 1- I'm checking out my groceries in self checkout and take a moment to review if I scanned the item, a worker walks up to me, doesn't speak and tries to take the can of beans out of my hand. I did not like my space being invaded so rudely so I told her, "I have it. THANK YOU." And she walks away. I should've reported it to the manager but I internalized it and let her slide.Incident 2- im checking out my soaps and other personal items. Instead of finding something productive to do, 2 employees congregate behind me in the middle of the walk way. This made me feel weird because their not there to assist me, did not say hello. It felt as if they were trying to have small talk just to watch me checkout.Incident 3- I ring the bell to purchase Similac, eventually someone shows up to unlock the Similac case. I tell the employee which similac I want and I'm thinking she will hand it to me...NOPE. She proceeds to ask me,"Are you done shopping?" I said, "I have a few more items, why?"She doesn't explain the policy AT ALL and just says I will hold it at the front for you...I'm not trying to make a big fuss so I let her take it. Once I get to the front, my cashier has to go across the store just to get the Similac. And at this point they can't say it's store policy to do that because everytime afterwards I have went to the location, the Similac isn't even locked up.Once again...Profiling.I've noticed this energy towards POC and I will not be returning.

Staff was really helpful, I had a few items not price correctly and the staff helped check and correct pricing.
