Bank have no availability if you want to do wire transfer. The staff is always short handed. It may take days to find an appointment with a Banker for wire transfer. All other Banks you can walk in and get wire transfer done right away. I am moving all my accounts from Wells Fargo slowly.

I am very thankful for Suleyma L. because of her dedicated attention to the customers. However, I am giving 1 star to this branch due to the poor service from another banker. I made an appointment a few weeks ago and received a call from this branch forcing me to change my appointment. Today, I visited the branch to follow up on the issues that my wife and I faced with our account. However, she refused to review and address the issue, so I left the branch.

I had to deal with a very difficult situation today and I could not have been more thankful to the people at this branch. They went above and beyond to accommodate and help me. They showed compassion and stayed late to help me. I highly recommend this branch and the folks in it. I wish more people showed this kind of heart. Special thanks to Arianna Sanchez and Fidel Cruz. Yall are amazing!

I had an excellent experience at the Wells Fargo branch, and I must commend Manager Esther for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs. Esther's professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this branch, especially with Esther leading the team

Had a horrible experience with coming in to make some changes to my business account dealing with Miss laurios. And her manager veto zapata at this location they were very racist they were uncooperative and was unwilling to help with a simple change to my business account they acted like I was a thief and I wanted to take money out of my own business account so therefore this location I would definitely not be dealing with any longer I shut down my account due to the unfair treatment at this location from these two representatives and the branch manager.

I’ve noticed many times that this branch is pretty worthless. I understand that bank tellers are limited and that they have to close on Saturdays but they are rarely willing to help you unless you have an appointment. If you walk inside in the afternoon and are the only customer there they will still claim there’s nothing they can do for you. There are so many better banks/credit unions in the area that it’s easy to see why this one appears to be struggling. The only reason they get 2 stars is because of a young lady (I believe it’s Adrianna) who has been helpful in the past but she can’t carry this branch alone. The other employees seem more concerned about locking the doors for the day instead of trying to help customers in need. You will be way better off at the Wells Fargo on Westheimer and Grand Parkway or just another bank altogether, they are a major reason why I don’t use their services anymore

Arianna was FANTASTIC! She had a customer coming in to pick up something, but got my 2 domestic wires started - she was willing to multitask for an amazing customer service
Person like Arianna is the reason why I take all my banking needs to Wells Fargo

Opened an account for my daughter after making an appointment. Suleyma was a wonderful banker and the service from her was stellar. When we first arrived another banker, an older woman with dyed hair, was rather short and rude, who told us we had no appointment despite us telling her we did (even after one of the tellers approached us to greet my daughter by name who remembered our previous visit). When I told her as much and showed her the appointment card we had, she said we weren't on her list, then walked away, only to walk back to for some reason double check my daughters documents despite not being the person opening the account. She was unapologetic and frankly soured the whole experience. If we had not had our appointment card she seemed ready to ask us to leave altogether. An uncomfortable and poor customer service experience salvaged by a fantastic banker. 3/5

If zero stars was an option this location would get it. Awful customer service. Three tellers and only one was servicing anyone. Line was SEVEN people deep. No care in the world. I waited 25 minutes to get change for a $20.

I waited in my car until opening then I went inside at 9:05am. I say for a minute or 2. A banker spoke out to and said "I will be with you in a minute". The banker approached me and asked me to sit at her desk. She told me she had appointment at 9:30am. So she said "I am sorry but its just one of me here today". She when on saying thinks like "I can come back at 11am etc... I told her I was setting in my car till opening at that time I left.
