Opened an account for my daughter after making an appointment. Suleyma was a wonderful banker and the service from her was stellar. When we first arrived another banker, an older woman with dyed hair, was rather short and rude, who told us we had no appointment despite us telling her we did (even after one of the tellers approached us to greet my daughter by name who remembered our previous visit). When I told her as much and showed her the appointment card we had, she said we weren't on her list, then walked away, only to walk back to for some reason double check my daughters documents despite not being the person opening the account. She was unapologetic and frankly soured the whole experience. If we had not had our appointment card she seemed ready to ask us to leave altogether. An uncomfortable and poor customer service experience salvaged by a fantastic banker. 3/5

Suleyma has helped me on more than one occasion and was great. Would definitely recommend over rude people at Cinco location.

If zero stars was an option this location would get it. Awful customer service. Three tellers and only one was servicing anyone. Line was SEVEN people deep. No care in the world. I waited 25 minutes to get change for a $20.

I waited in my car until opening then I went inside at 9:05am. I say for a minute or 2. A banker spoke out to and said "I will be with you in a minute". The banker approached me and asked me to sit at her desk. She told me she had appointment at 9:30am. So she said "I am sorry but its just one of me here today". She when on saying thinks like "I can come back at 11am etc... I told her I was setting in my car till opening at that time I left.

I have been a Wells Fargo client for more than 20 years and I have seen the service degrade overtime; however, my most recent experience with the branch at Bay Hill Blvd & W Grand Pkway S is by far the worst. 12 days ago I ordered for some foreign currency I needed for an overseas trip and was told the currency the "Estimated Arrival Date" was 08/03/22. I went to pick the currency on 08/04/22 and it had not arrived; after, a 15 minute wait I was told the currency would be arriving the next day (08/05/22). I went to the bank branch this afternoon (08/08/22) to find out the currency had not arrived yet. The branch manager couldn't (or wouldn't) tell me what was happening or when for sure the currency was going goingto be available. Since I am travelling tomorrow, I asked for my money back and initially the manager told me there was nothing he could do; I just needed to wait for the currency to arrive. I told him I would not leave the branch without my money; I was decided to sleep at the branch if needed. The manager told me he had been waiting on the line for more than one hour. After my pushing he decided to call his managers who eventually authorized him to credit my money back.It is very hard to believe the branch managers don't have the tools or authority to resolve any problems.After one hour and 45 minutes of waiting I finally got my money credit back to my account.

This is the worst Wells Fargo in Katy save yourself the time. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. It's embarrassing to the other Wells Fargo's this is the only one that is always consistently bad reviews. Maybe think about changing management.

Moved here in September and this is thee best Wells Fargo I have ever been to. Great staff, specifically Arianna, who has helped my wife and I with countless issues upon our move here to Katy. We really appreciate her taking the time out to provide top notch customer service to us. Really outstanding job and hard to find these days.

You know how they say a little goes a long way? That's exactly what Ariana did for me today. I needed an emergency money wiring today and despite not having an appointment, she understood how important and how quick the task would be. She sat me down and helped me within 5 minutes. I was literally turned down by the Richmond branch 10 minutes prior to stopping here. So thank you Ariana for your customer service.

The business hall is not open, only through the fast lane, but often no cash can be used, very inconvenient, it is suggested that the staff of the business hall can be laid off to go home, you are too lazy.
