It’s been 10 years with Wells Fargo bank, I went different locations never had this bad experience, but this location horrible unprofessional customer service i got scam which stole $3,250 from my account I had an appointment today earlier with the lady called Santhia that I I spoke to, to get help but she was zero patient and bad attitude she kept rolling her eyes when she spoke to the claim department,
Also they said someone called gave my personal information to do all this different transaction!!!! I’m still have my card i did lose it!!!!!!! How can I trust Wells Fargo? Where is my secure bank account!!!! The scam went over to my credit card account and my debit card, how did Wells Fargo allowed to anyone just called to get transferred from my credit card, even I’m not allowed cause I have limited access!!!! I need to get my refund as soon as possible also I hope i get the right answers for all these questions.

I visit this branch regularly to cash checks. I finally attempted to make a payment for my mortgage from the branch location. I specifically asked if I pay today this will cover the upcoming payment? I was told yes. I said do I need to do anything else this will stop it from going through? I was told yes. 5 days later they took my money anyway. I went back and was told by another teller that no it would not stop an automatic payment that was up to me. But tell her who gave me the incorrect information came over and tried to say she misunderstood me. I pointed out that she had a printout of my home mortgage paperwork. that it could not be a payment for credit card services as she claimed. I will go out of my way to use another branch in another town. Failed to adequately train their tellers. Don't go to this location unless you have some very basic business to attend to.

Worst service at this location for deposit. They were short staffed and the lady who was helping both drive through and inside the bank had a bad attitude. She was acting like she was doing me a favor. She claimed to be a banker and had to call someone else to help me for this deposit.

I am holding 2 checking accounts, since I came to USA (2017)and stayed loyal to the bank ,during the period, I visited multiple locations without any issues, never thought to open new account on any other bank or to switch to another Institute,Yesterday I went to this location, confronted I situation, which made me think to close my accounts and move somewhere elseI asked for a small favor get some Quarter Rolls , but a lady SYNTHIA refused just because I dont have a business account, her attitude was not upto the markI told her it's my personal but she never acknowledged my requestDo I deserve this attitude, my funds has been used by the bank , more than I used them.The bank cannot even consider my little request .

Today, May 25, 2023, I had an appointment at 4:00 pm, I asked for leave at work, and I arrived at the bank at 3:40 pm, I went in and sat down to wait, no one came up to ask what you need or anything , terrible attention! At 4:00 pm I asked the cashier about my appointment, the cashier told me that I had to wait because the man who was going to serve me was finishing up with a lady, but when he finished he went to his coworker to assist her. with the clients that his colleague was already serving, he left me waiting, another lady arrived and this man was so disrespectful, he started serving that lady without caring that I had been sitting there for more than 30 minutes waiting to be served. What a terrible service, what a lack of education and professionalism that man has, what a bad image he gives to the bank. Then Mrs. Synthia, when she finished with her clients, very kind and considerate, attended to me to justify the bad attitude of that man, 40 MINUTES AFTER having arrived, and obviously since it was closing time I couldn't do anything, I wasted my time, and I lost the leave I requested at my job, due to the negligence of that man, if I remember correctly his name is Mauricio, I assure you that if I had arrived 5 minutes late they would not attend to me, but today I wasted my time, how outrageous to have to deal with with such incompetent and disrespectful people. The worst experience I have ever had in a bank!

Michael is a pleasure to work with, very helpful. Read some of the comments - Banking industry has changed, less staff and the employees are working hard and extra hours to cover shifts. We just got to be patient as clients. Because of covid things are not the same anymore. With all that being said, I still had no issues and was taken care of right away

Very inconvenient hours. Open late and close early. Better off going to Chase since they are at least open a little longer during the weekend.
