Went to wells Fargo for the promotion bound of 300 if criteria meet of 1000 direct deposit in 90 days. Once completing criteria called bank to check status only to find that I had to actually go into branch to complete process so I went to the branch off of west little York and fry in hou tx and after waiting a long time found that still no response or information was found on my behalf. So after waiting 2hrs to only file a complaint to see if they would honor their promotion!??? This is the only reason I came to this bank and know there telling me there is no information on my account that I ever filed for prmo??? SMH!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!I APPLIED ON LINE HOW COULD THERE BE NO RECORD??? I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR PROFESSIONAL ABILITIES AND HONOR OF THEIR OWN PROMOTIONS VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!

This Wells Fargo is always slow and low on staff it's like a Walmart this is terrible there is always 1 or 2 cashiers but most of the time just 1 if you come be ready to be in line for 30-45 min

Everyone be cautious at that location,My husband was followed after his withdrawal a black male got out the line right after my husband and my husband notice he got in his vehicle the black male pretended to get on a white car but actually got in a different car a black Hyundai black out tint no front plates an followed him, we are always aware of our surroundings that’s how we spotted the individuals my husband was able to lose them !! Been trying to call the bank no answer
