Absolutely the rudest pharmacist I've talked to. Doc sent prescription in yesterday afternoon and I called this afternoon (24 hours). Pharmacy said they had no prescription. When I mentioned the doc and the med she said Yeah we have that one but that my insurance would not cover the meds unless the doc changed the daily qty from 2 to 1. Suggested doc double the volume and change qty to 1. When I asked if they notified doc she said yea. I called doc and they never heard from them and said they'd call them back with the change. I called back to check if the doc called back and they said they did not have a prescription for me! Wtf! All she wanted was to get off the phone. I told her I had spoken to her about an hour earlier and she said she knew the prescription was there just that they did not fill it. She's rude, and did I mention...she's rude! Holy crap Walgreens on Spring Green in Katy. You absolutely suck! I won't be filling anything with you in the future. Count on it! And do something to change your nasty "I don't care because I think people are just stupId" attitude! It can't be doing your health any good. I'm sorry you're the way you are. I can only imagine how much it must suck to be you. Have a nice day

The pharmacy was outstanding. My wife needed a dozen prescriptions filled only an hour and a half before closing on Christmas Eve. Since she was being discharged from hospital and most pharmacies were closed on Christmas, we were very worried about getting the Rxs done in time. Pharmacy manager Quinn got his team working on them and got them filled with time to spare. My wife and I are very appreciative and grateful to the Walgreen pharmacy team at this location.

The staff in the pharmacy were super nice in answering my questions and very patient. Store is very clean and the store team is always pleasant. Thanks Walgreens on Spring Green In Katy for everything you are doing!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY!!! They refuse to answer the damn phone so I can get update on my prescription order, and the wait time is always ridiculously long.

the wait for this pharmacy is ridiculous!! every time i come im waiting 45 minutes-an hour or more in a line just to get my prescriptions. employees are rude in person and over the phone! 6 cars in line and ive been waiting for about an hour and no one has moved. the wait is like this every single time! they never answer the phone! please can help fix the problem this is absolutely insane

If I could give 0 stars to this pharmacy I would. Every single time, without fail, we have ever gone to pick up a prescription from this store it has been a mess. 3 different times, just this year, my husband has surgery and the medicine wasn't ready when we went to pick it up on our way home. Just today the medicine was called in at 10am and we went by at 8pm and it was a huge mess. We finally got them to fill what was prescribed, got home only to find they doubled one of the medicines and totally left one out. It's just totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Do NOT use this place. We will definitely not be using them ever again!!!

I'd leave 0 stars if it was an option. The past years the staff has gotten worse and worse. I have been using this pharmacy for over 5 years and I'm done with them after today. I called 4 hours ago to have my daughters prescription transferred and the girl who answered the phone was rude and told me I needed to make the call to transfer myself, after I already called HEB in Houston and they said Walgreens would have to call them. She said she would call (honestly her tone of voice was piss poor and I felt like she wasn't going to call) I called Walgreens to see if it was ready and I was right! She never called HEB. Wasted hours of our time and now we have to go out of our way. Screw this pharmacy Y'all's ratings are low for a reason

Pharmacy staff and service is terrible. No wonder they have a big sign with a signon bonus of $1250 for pharmacy staff. Kept us waiting in line for a long time to tell us yeah go tot he other line even though the signs were clearly posted. After waiting in the second line, we were told no shots today because we have no staff. This was all after I had called 10 mins before to check.

I went to transfer my prescriptions to this Walgreens since it is the closest to my new residence. The technician that helped me had no idea how to work the computer system. The technician kept asking for help from coworker. Pharmacy manager should not release employees to work until properly trained. However, they were all very nice and properly masked.

I arrived at the drive-thru of this Walgreens at 1:34pm. Mind you, Walgreens happens to be the 2nd largest pharmacy store chain in the US. I was told they were going to lunch and I could not pick up my prescription for another 30 min. I asked if this was the case for going inside and it was. If this were a "mom and pop" pharmacy I would be delighted to give them a lunch break but Walgreens? Come on. Ridiculous. Upon pickup I asked if this was a daily event and they said they do close daily for lunch 1:30-2:00 but, "if we leave late, we return late".
