I called to have my VW towed to the repair shop near where I broke down. Christina, who took my call, suspected that I maybe didn't need a tow, but rather, needed some help getting the car moving. She connected me to her manager, Walter, who talked me through on getting the car moving again.
The Good Lord smiled on me, and with Walter's help, I was able to drive the car to the shop and save on the tow charge. They truly understand the value of kindness.

Christina with WESTWAY Towing is an amazing person and a truly good human being. I had a terrible experience with another tow company through my insurance—what was supposed to be 44 minutes turned into 4 hours, and they even lied to my insurance saying I was not with my car even though I hadn’t left. By the time I called WESTWAY, I was in tears. Christina answered with so much kindness. Even though she didn’t have a driver available, she went above and beyond by calling another company to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks to her, my car was finally picked up. I got into a rental before closing and I was able to start my 7 hour journey home.
Christina, thank you for being such a blessing on a very hard day.

I would honestly give more than 5 stars if I could. My tire popped and I was stranded. They came to me within 5 minutes and replaced my tire with my spare. Great company and great customer service, I highly recommend!

Had a rough start to my Friday morning got stuck a few miles away from home w my tire light coming on showing multiples tires extremely low.... I immediately called for a tow to Firestone turns out someone put gashes in all three sidewalls (beauty of apartment.livong lol). Matthew was very quick to arrive and loaded my car within minutes explaining the process and helped make a bad situation less stressful. Would definitely recommend great service at a fair price.

So thankful for Westway Towing! I woke to find my car on blocks in a parking garage on the 2nd floor. The dealership recommended Westway Towing and I will be forever grateful. They answered on the first ring, coordinated with a driver who communicated with me every step of the way. Brandon is my hero - professional, courteous and such a help on my worst day. He even took photos of the damage to my car when I was not able to get good images myself. I highly recommend Brandon and Westway Towing.

My vehicle was completely dead; no battery clicking, nothing. I was on the fifth floor of a parking garage and was told that any tow truck used to get my car out could not be a flatbed and had to be less than 8 feet. Well that eliminates just about everyone. Very few have a sneaker truck. After several hours of trying, tired and frustrated, I called Westway Towing. I don’t know if the lady who answered could hear the exhaustion in my voice or was my angel but she quickly connected me to Walter who shared something with me none of the others had…I probably didn’t even need a tow but a jump. He dispatched Charles to my location who arrived within 5 mins because he was already close. Charles was kind and in seconds had my car started so I could drive it to the mechanic. I literally hugged him! Not only were Walter and Charles able to assist me, they saved me hundreds of dollars in the process. I cannot thank the Westway Tow team enough. I will definitely keep their contact info saved for any future use and to share with others.

Very honest people, excellent customer service! Vehicle got towed after accident. Owner of the company called us personally to give us a peace of mind, inform us where the vehicle is, what needs to happen next and to advise as far the options we have for repair shops in our area. Highly recommended to do business with!

This was the best experience of a towing service. Being stuck out of town in miserable heat, Brandon came out to rescue me in no time. His demeanor, helpfulness and attitude were phenomenally great. I needed a tow truck on a Saturday afternoon so I called Westway Towing and I’m so glad I did. They gave me a time frame of when they would be there and they were true to their word. The driver Brandon was friendly and a true professional. If I ever need a tow truck I will definitely use West Way Towing again.

I ran over an 18-wheeler tire on the Freeway, and the front end of my car was damaged. I called Westway Towing, and Josh came to my rescue quickly. In just a few minutes he had my car on the wrecker and delivered me home safely. I highly recommend this company.
