When we first got our doodle we found a great groomer, but she left to another city. We tried a few groomers and none were as good. We came across Wolf Gang and were curious with their products, little did we know they had groomers. We were hesitant , but decided to give it a try. ALEJANDRO , ALEJANDRO, ALEJANDRO is The Goat! Alejandro from day 1 has been absolutely amazing with our 90lb Dood's grooming. Thank you Alejandro! Also, all members at this store are very courteous, respectful, and helpful! Thank you all for the customer service and products recommended. Happy New years! Added a few before and after pictures...Thank You again ! Highly Recommended

We love taking our furbaby, Bella, to get groomed at Woofgang in Fulshear. They take such good care of my baby. We always book with Alejandro because he knows exactly how to trim and style her fur. And the cherry on top is getting a free treat afterwards. 10/10 recommend all day!

REPLY to OWNER: As loyal customers who trusted your business, we chose to bring our pet to your establishment for cleaning, with cleanliness being the primary service we expected. During the cold winter months, dogs rely on their fur to help maintain body temperature. I had initially requested that our dog’s fur not be trimmed, but you insisted that the matting needed to be addressed. While I understand this might have been necessary, I also clearly communicated that the fur should not be cut too short, and we agreed on a specific length based on the samples you provided.
However, when I arrived to pick up our dog, I was shocked to see that the fur had been trimmed to the shortest possible length. The dog’s legs appeared unusually thin, and the overall appearance no longer resembled that of a proper teddy dog. When I expressed concern about whether the dog would be cold in winter, you acknowledged that it would indeed feel cold. This raises an important question: for the sake of convenience in your work, did you fully consider the potential discomfort and inconvenience this kind of trimming might cause for the dog?
Upon picking up our dog, it was already sneezing and showing signs of a cold. Shortly after returning home, the dog began experiencing diarrhea. Additionally, the fur around the rear end was trimmed in an unsightly and uneven manner, which clearly reflects a lack of attention to detail and care in your work. While I was reluctant to share pictures of the dog, the outcome of this visit has been both disappointing and frustrating. With winter approaching and such cold weather ahead, our dog is now facing unnecessary challenges, and this has caused significant inconvenience for our family.
I hope this situation encourages you to reflect on your approach to customer service and the level of care provided to your clients. Your customers trust you with the well-being of their pets, and that trust should be met with greater care and attention.
(FIRST POST: Seeing my Teddy catch a cold, I have to say that shaving a dog's fur completely in winter shows a lack of common sense. Dogs need their fur to stay warm in the winter. I really don’t understand what the person who did this was thinking. Have they seen so many dogs that they’ve become desensitized and started treating them as mere commodities? Service is meant to bring joy and convenience to people—that’s what we pay for, not to buy ourselves trouble. Don’t you agree?)

As normal client, disappointed this time. Shaving off the puddle’s curl hair in the middle of winter almost exposes the skin, which violates the requirements agreed with the customer in advance and causes diarrhea in my puddle . I think the owner wants to save steps by shaving off the hair. Although combing the puddle hair takes some time, it is the right way for dogs to be groomed. Doing such a business requires a long-term and continuous love for pets. The day is getting cold and gives me more cautious to take care puddle . Pet services require love to create the health, safety and beauty of every animal, rather than for one's own convenience. Shaving the hair is rough and the puddle’s skin in the genital area is injured. I think I will stop to choose service from this location.
