1st the guy doing my pedicure scrubbed in between my toes with a purple pumice stone & ripped my skin open. Then the lady doing my eyebrow wax burned me with the wax. Not cool!!

I just moved to Katy and my sister recommended this place. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was very polite. Tracy was very professional, and she wanted to see if I wanted to try something new. I usually do coffin nails but she tried a different shape. I loved it. It was very different but I loved her suggestion. Will be my new place to go from now on.
Cleanliness: Very clean and the place smelled like lemongrass, which is my favorite.

The owner is impatient and dishonest. The 2 star rating is solely only for the other employees who are super nice and kind. I would give the owner zero stars. She lies about the wait times - she will tell you the wait time is 10 or 15 minutes to make you stay when in reality, it is 30 minutes or longer. She screams and yells at her employees with customers and clients present in the shop, shows no respect for them just because she runs the establishment. It is not a good environment to relax in. She will scapegoat any employee to make herself look good and favorable or make excuses to not listen to customer preferences. My advice is do not waste your time here. Even if you make an appointment with her other employees, she will try to mess up the appointment so she can work on you. It is disgustingly greedy and slimy. Any other place is better.

This is my favorite nail salon I have been going to since high school. It is reasonably priced and really nice and clean in there.
I usually just get the standard mani-pedi and it's cheaper here than a lot of places around and nicer. Then I get a facial maybe once or twice a year and they're really nice and my face looks really rejuvenated after!
I always recommend this place to my friends :)

First time here but wow!!! I got my nails done with Anna and she did amazing!!! She is super friendly and does her best to make your nail vision come to life. Right off the bat she was very welcoming and was straight forward about the price. She made sure that I knew the price of everything before she did it. I would recommend this place to anyone! They are very reasonably priced as well!!

Cleanliness: Everything, was clean and and sanitize. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, especially because, I wanted to take my son, to have a pedicure we both got them done. Especially love the hot foot stone massage.

I came to this nail salon on a Sunday at 3pm,not to busy.The host guy at the front asked what I needed done. I told him one kids manicure for my daughter and a full-set,pedicure for me. He takes us all back to desk with chairs, I thought we would at least be sat at the massage chairs because getting pedicure (was wrong) this was the first time using this nail place..Waited about 8-10min waiting for nail techs to come greet us. The guy comes back and tells me it will be about an hour to wait on just me bc no one could do my set. If I hadn’t called earlier that day about 12:30pm to make sure I have an appointment with my friend I would have been like (“oh okay,and pass and go somewhere else”)us moms know bringing a 5yr old we have a time frame even if they enjoy getting their nails done. Anyway, I tell him why would the receptionist confirm with me for 3pm appointment and not follow through!?. So, I just told them to paint my daughters nails. As they finished her nails a lady sits in front of me and she was going to do my nails. I was like okay great, well not sure if knew how to do shellac/powder nails bc she asked my about 10 times “full-set??”,she never clipped my nails down nor pushed back existing cuticles. I’m no nail tech but been to a variety of salons to know. Overall they aren’t good to look at underneath or along the cuticles. My friend who specifically goes to a nail tech,Amber (she did an amazing job on friends nails btw) and she ended up having to file the sharpness of the nails to clean them up because they needed it after previous tech. After my tech was finished the host guy asked me if I wanted a pedicur-HA! No way I was already there for 2 hours with a lousy set of nails and daughter was over it. Waste of my time and money.
Fast forward:
Just a few hours later, my daughters nail polish all came off in the bathtub. She cried and was upset and I had to tell her it was not good paint polish and we won’t return to that nail place.
Overall:
We never were asked to have water,soda or wine which is pretty standard at nail salons especially all the ones I’ve been too. I even asked my friend about them giving water to customers. The lady just ignored the conversation. I guess I should have asked but was just waiting for the grand gesture of customer service. The place was out dated and didn’t feel clean in my opinion. The host guy was yelling in front of everyone to one of the nail techs to clean her station now.
I know if called them I would get no where to get a refund so I’m leaving my experience with Google.

I've been going here and it's honestly the best. If it's your first time and you don't know who to go with i do recommend tiffany or amber but every nail tech is amazing in their own way!! I never have a hard time getting an appointment just call a few hours ahead and i've never been dissatisfied. The environment is really relaxing like a spa i recommend 10/10

I’m a chrome girly, after a year of not coming to this nail salon I came because I needed some nail fixing before my trip and Tiffany saved my nails!! I’ve been coming ever since! Highly recommend Tiffany and Tammy!! Love how sweet they are and how attentive they are. Most of all they never disappoint with the nails!! Love them so much!
