The staff at this store continue to be part of the problem instead of part of the solution. They refuse to help customers of Xfinity and would rather have you call the CS number then help solve the problems you have with equipment or claims. Small minded people that can't think outside of the box or even try to show any service for customers.

I’ve had the worst headache dealing with this company for the last two months after switching over to Xfinity Mobile. They’ve completely lied over the phone about pricing. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone trying to correct their issues with no luck. I’ve since been in this actual store four times trying to clear things up but the employees are unhelpful. I wish I never switched phone providers. I should’ve known the deals were too good to be true!

I called because ,1 year ago we switched our mobile to Xfinity and we were promise the same price as we were paying with our previous phone provider for 2 years. Some how it was adjusted higher. They looked at a problem and with out any questions or hesitation said no problem let us fix it and we will send you refund by mail. I hope they keep the word but as of right now I'm satisfied. Thank you!

Don't believe the lies. I have had Xfinity for years and it never fails to amaze me how they say one thing and I end up with something different. I have been buying high speed Internet for a while and never have come close on any device with what I am purchasing. I disconnected every device except one and still the same problem. They will tell you it's the number of devices but that's not true. I have never been so disappointed about any service in my life. To add insult to injury they want to charge me for them to check their own line. This is crazy. I am looking for a way out of this foolishness.

I came up here after I moved locations and had seen my bill had been improperly charged as they were charging me for time I didn’t receive any service. They said they didn’t see that in the system and instead of showing one box and router it was showing I had two and my xfinity app wasn’t working. I spoke to the manager and at first he tried telling me the bill was correct. After going back and forth he finally agreed it wasn’t correct but they moved my payment date up without telling me. When trying to move it back to the original date he said I would have to do it through the app , but if you remember my previous statement the app doesn’t work. He said he can’t fix that but he would put a ticket in. Over a month later nothing has been fixed. When I called customer service and gave them the ticket number they said that the ticket was never put in. Over a month later and I still can’t get into the app. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences that I have ever had. They will tell you whatever to make you happy for the time and make promises, but when it’s time to fix the issue they disappear and point fingers saying it’s someone else’s fault but refuse to take accountability or connect you with the right people. It’s a never ending cycle of getting passed around between representative to representative.

I was there to cancel my service and return my equipment - I read through past experiences of other people who had done this online and chose this method to avoid the issues they had.The store is very neat and well organized. The lady at the front had my enter my name in their system (so they can call my name by order of when the customer came in). As the other reps were busy, the lady at the front processed my request. There was just this one question on "why I was cancelling" and that was it. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.High marks for courtesy, professionalism and promptness. I docked one star for the company - as I'm still not sure how they'll process my credit (unused service) and making it difficult to be able to cancel online. Kudos to the store staff, though!

First thing to note is this is a very busy store due to it's location which, is not unlike the Verizon and AT&T stores nearby. I have been a customer of both of these in the past.That being said, Since 2017 have been coming back to this Xfinity store for our mobile and internet service as I am always well treated, the staff is polite, knowledgeable and they have never try to up-sell me products which I do not need.My last visit a couple of days ago was no exception. I give a big shout-out to Brandi who quickly understood the issue that needed to be resolved which was two broken phones in one day, one being dropped and one falling into a bucket of water.Based on my plan, Brandi provided options for me to make the best decision based on my needs and what I considered to be the wisest choice for my family.

The security system is a scam doesn't work when they tell you it will. If it goes down you need to have someone come over and fix it nothing can be done over the app. Do not waste your money. Also the customer support for this company is sent overseas and they know nothing about the services they are trying to work on.Having issues again they are trying to charge me $140 when my bill has never been over 80 dollars and I'm on a 2 year locked plan. And my account is on seasonal hold for 8 dollars. Worst company in the world.

Not bad. Came in to return equipment. Waited about 10 minutes however, the rep over the phone which initially stated the process did not process all 3 units in which the associate at the store had to process them manually which took sometime. Besides that, not bad experience.

Switched from Verizon and added a line. Francisco was super helpful and took care of everything. However phones stopped working while I was traveling and I was locked out. My texts came in 90 min after I filed a complaint with the FCC . I Received a call from Xfinity within 24 hours. The call dropped and they called back leaving a message that they couldn't reach me. That's because my phone didn't work. Went into the store and explained to Edgar who got a manager named Ryan who was rude and snarky. I would run away if I could from them. Good luck getting a human and if you do good luck if they care at all.

Francisco Chavez at this location gave the BEST customer service I have ever received when switching phone carriers. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating while I tried to coordinate with my husband, who was at work, to get his phone up and running. He was so gracious and respectful of our busy schedules and was even willing to help us remotely as I ran around town to get my husband his phone! It was really refreshing to have someone so naturally inclined to help us.

Impossible to contact, I tried to contact comcast about a bill concern and the bot hung up on me twice. I finally was able to get on a messenger with a representative who hardly knew English but was very knowledgeable about their promotions. What should have been a five minute conversation turned into an hour. Waste of time

I'm rating the store 5 Stars because the young man who assisted me with returning my security equipment was excellent. I would not give Comcast or Xfinity 5 stars nor would I give them 1 star. I have the internet only. Decided to get a video doorbell and security system. The tech came out to install it. First of all, none of their equipment is wireless. The cameras and doorbell, all have to be wired or plugged in. So if you lose power, you lose it all. You're not told that before they come. As soon as the tech left the doorbell stopped working. Contacted the tech, said he would return that day, never did. I did the troubleshooting myself and found the doorbell their tech installed wasn't compatible with the wiring he hooked it up to and the doorbell was overheating. I contacted, well took hours to "live chat" with someone from New Delhi India. Yes, they outsource their live chats to India. I asked if they had a wireless doorbell I could get for my home. After a long discussion I was told "my plug-in doorbell would be on the way". I have no plug on my porch to plug a doorbell into. Then I get a message in my email that tells me I had agreed to have Flex installed in my home and it was on the way. $300 a month. Nothing about a doorbell. I uninstalled the entire system and took it to this store where the kind tech credited my account. I will never add another item with this Company.
