I have been here for about 4 times, and honestly with the other reviews, never in my life I had a bad or awful customer service experience. The staff was helpful and friendly when it comes to selecting a product that suits your skin. As long as you tell them or communicate to them what you have and what you need, they are always down to help. Ofc I would have to agree with the other reviews that their products are expensive compared to what u order online, but so far, the products online are, most of the time, on sale. At least thats what I can justify with. Other than that, the customer service is pretty decent, and my favorite part about the store is that they give you samples after your purchase! Just take my word as a grain of salt if anyone else is reading this 'cuz review is just my opinion and you guys don't have to believe, agree, or disagree with it.
Additional note: I never got to return any products so I don't exactly know about the return policy works. đ¤ˇââď¸

Great product selection and helpful staff. But some products are extremely overpriced. Same anua lotion I just bought for $30 is on sale for $15 at Ulta. Ulta's regular price for same size is $20. Excellent customer service. Store attendant greeted us as we entered and made sure to help us find what we needed. This store has a huge selection of brands and skin care products of great quality. We found open stock items and gift sets as well. Prices are competitive to larger national companies but also had in store holiday discounts. They have a reward point system too so make sure to sign up. Store was well stocked and brands were displayed and easy to find. They also had a section of the store for skin care displayed by category of need. This was my first time shopping here and I was very pleased with what we found and more. Will definitely return to check out their end of year promotions.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at YEPO! I walked in hoping to find a few gifts for my wife, and Elena and Jackie went above and beyond to help me. Their customer service was exceptionalâboth were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure I found exactly what I needed. Jackie offered great suggestions, answered all my questions, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Huge thanks to Elena and Jackie for their outstanding service. Iâll definitely be coming back!

I recommend you make sure that if you buy any make up, thatâs not your skin tone to doublecheck because they wonât give you a refund. I had an associate help me as well to choose a color and even though I opened the product, I asked for either a refund or an exchange for the correct color and they chose not too.

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would! They werenât welcoming at all. No acknowledgment/greeting. What made it worse was there were only 5 customers total in the store, including myself. Three of the ladies were together & already being assisted. The other lady was checking out. Then thereâs meâŚ.just browsing while two other employees stood behind the counter doing nothing. They clearly saw me and not once was I offered assistance. After a couple minutes, I just walked out. This was my first visit & I will NEVER go to this place again.

The experience yesterday was disappointing. We bought something we later realized got the wrong product so we went back the SAME DAY to return but they refuse. It hasnât even been an hour since we purchased and itâs still sealed. Even the manager was difficult to communicate. Wonât be back again and everyone, they sell way overpriced products. Even their PROMOTIONAL item (a round lab sunscreen) is TWICE more than this beauty shop next door. How can you make business long term if you are overcharging customers all the time? We can find same product for cheaper online or other beauty shops.

I had a very bad experience today! I asked a girl from there for help to recommend a makeup that went to my makeup tone since it was my first time buying products here!
They recommended a darker tone, I asked them to change it and they didnât want it!

I was excited to visit this cosmetic store after seeing so much about it on social media, but my experience was underwhelming. The product selection was limited, and the prices were much higher than expected. I found the same items at TJ Maxx and Amazon for nearly 50% less.
Customer service was lacking. While the cashier was friendly, the floor associates seemed disengaged,they didnât greet customers or offer assistance. One associate repeatedly walked in front of me in a tight space without saying âexcuse me,â which felt rude. When I asked questions about products, the staff wasnât knowledgeable or helpful.
Overall, this store didnât live up to the social media hype. I wouldnât recommend it when better prices and service are available elsewhere. It was honestly a waste of a drive to the store.
