Customer service is trash.
I went in today to get some help on a piece of equipment I needed for a hand tool. I was told at first they could help me . And that they could special order it if they didn’t carry it.
The guy he took me to was an older white man with glasses . I won’t mention names.
Immediately he said they didn’t have it and to try somewhere else. Too busy to help I suppose.
It’s my fault for even going in. I was turned down the last time I was in there looking for a plug replacement. “ if you don’t see it, we don’t have it.”

The owner stated previously military/veteran discount 10%, only doing 5%. Some newer employees don't really understand the products being sold.
