BEWARE ELDERLY AND EASILY SUSCEPTIBLE.
This store has on MULTIPLE occasions taken advantage of an elderly family member.
There is no reason a phone bill should be $500 a month.
Also, Why are we adding extra lines to the account to “make it cheaper”??? There is absolutely NO reason for a 2 person account to have 4-5 lines on it! I can go on and on and on.. but this sounds like fraud and abuse of the elderly to me.
Oh, and also you’ll get pressured into buying items you don’t need and won’t work for your phone.

Buy your phone elsewhere and set it up yourself. The store is going to charge you bogus fees and rip you off.

I was the victim of a bait and switch. Isaias and Christian Goodwin (the manager) were the culprits. They made an offer, I accepted, went through the 3 hour process of updating the new phone and transferring my data from old phone, signed off my old phone, and then was told the original offer was expired and I would be out $480 to keep the phone or be charged $55 to return the new phone and wait 1 1/2 to return my data to my old phone. They were unprofessional, unhelpful, and simply rude. This is NOT an actual ATT store. It’s owned by Prime Communications. When I asked to be put in contact with with Christian’s supervisor he refused. I spent 3 days at the store trying to resolve the situation. They refused to do the right thing and honor their initial offer. I highly advise you all to avoid this store.

Isaias has very good customer service skills. He immediately welcomed me when I walked in and He helped me tremendously with the questions and issues I had. I will talk to him every time I'm in the store. He should be a keeper for y'all for sure. Couldn't have had a better experience
