What a rip-off you buy a lifetime warranty part then call to get it replaced they don't have it and none of their stores or cannot get it I wouldn't recommend AutoZone what a scam they got going on

I have ordered and paid in advance for a part multiple times, and it often does not arrive on time. I would like to believe that the transaction was not submitted on the same day.

Went in to get my car hooked up and checked out because I thought my starter was going out. 2 employees were very helpful. The first emplyee being Cory for checking my car and figuring out that I had a bad battery and helping me choose which battery to buy and the second employee being Sean for replacing the battery for me. These 2 were so helpful and had the best customer service.

Rarely do you see someone go out of their way to troubleshoot and make it appoint to not give up until they find resolve. The BEST Auto Zone experience I’ve encountered happened at the Kaufman location and the Star Technician is Cory!
