Man with this company for 34 years and pay my bill on time every time until these people from another country come over here and you can't pay the bill cuz the bill never go through when they do it and they don't never have the business and do that job and they won't turn your phone on and they're not good for business and I'm on the store cuz I'm suing y'all thank you have a good day and my phone still not turned on it been 7 days and it is supposed to be on the 2nd when I supposed to pay my bill and it was off on the 2nd and it's the 3rd when my bill is due and I got the paperwork the show I screenshotted it

Never have had a "good" experience there. First time I ever went in the lady behind the desk had company. Not customers, just people sitting there having a conversation. I stood there a few minutes to let them finish their conversation because I'm not rude but I don't think that's how customer service works. Anyway, I had been to the store several times to obtain my account number because they give you the absolute run around over the phone, offering free service if you don't switch duh duh duh.. but the older lady that works there sent me away each time. Like literally told me she wasn't allowed to give it to me. True or not that's absurd. I have the cruddiest service and I live right smack dab in the middle of town?.. I can't wait to switch! I haven't been to another boost store but in regards to this particular store and the company as whole; they suck.

Say they open at 10 am. I went at 10:30. Foot was still locked. Went home and tried to call later and got sent to voice mail after a few rings. Had several others waiting outside for them to open as well..
