Don't come to this place the "manager" is so rude I went to get a shots for my dogs and they didn't charge me for one vaccine and they treatment like a thief,she doesn't care about costumers,she need more education about how to treatment for costumers

We've been going to KVC for over ten years. They are always so accommodating, especially given how busy they can be. Vets Dr. Missy, Dr. Kyle and Dr. Brown have been our pet's favorites and we will continue to trust the care of our three dogs and more to their care. We are family there, and they will always be our trusted veterinarian resource!

Absolutely loved this office! Wasn’t sure what to expect bringing our elderly dog for the first time to this office, but they exceeded all of our expectations! From the staff to the doctor, Dr. Brown Kim DVM, everyone was genuine, professional, courteous, and compassionate. Hands down one of the greatest experiences. Thank you all!!

Awesome vet center! They truly care, and don't impose a exam cost with your shots/vaccinations.

I will never go back to this vet! I brought my dog in to get a couple vaccinations that he was due for and the receptionist that I dealt with at first was very nice and helpful. Once I came out of the exam room to check-out, the other receptionist was not pleasant whatsoever. She looked at his chart with a confused look and went on to ask the other receptionist why he was given a Lepto vaccine (he got Lepto and Bordatella) because "dogs don't get lepto shots...we only give those to cows". Dogs 100% get Lepto vaccines. She then went to ask the tech what shots were given and came back saying to another staff member that they don't have Lepto for dogs as an option in the computer and charged me for a DAPP vaccine instead. DAPP is a 4-in-1 vaccine and therefore is more expensive (at least it is at every other vet I've been to) yet she thought it was okay to charge me for that. I didn't realize this until I got in the car, but had no desire to go back in and deal with that receptionist again. So not only do I have paperwork that doesn't have the correct vaccines given, but I'm not even confident that they gave my dog the correct vaccine/the one I asked for. After she gave me the total and charged my card, she handed me my receipt and didn't say a word. No "thank you" or "have a nice day"...nothing! As someone who worked at a non-profit shelter for years, the customer service I was given and the lack of knowledge that receptionist had was totally unacceptable. There's another vet right across the road and I will definitely be going to them instead next time...
