We live in Arkansas and had been looking for a particular trailer that popped up at Circle M. I called and Ted Redd was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He took care of everything. Very professional and accommodated our needing to pick up the trailer at 6 am with a smile so my wife could pick up and get the kids back to school by mid- day. Don't see this type of service anymore. We will be back.Thanks Ted

Spoke on the phone, called 3 shops trying to find the part, everyone else told me I had to replace the entire a-frame, these gents gave me the exact part number I needed for the $5 spring. 10/10 I know where I’m sending my trailer for repairs in the future.

Todd and Alex were both very helpful, when I got a lower divider installed on my trailer. All of the employees were friendly, and their prices on parts were competitive (or better) than many other trailer stores. When I need more work, or another trailer, they will be my first call.

We spent a good four plus years looking at trailers before we could buy and Alex and Ted spent numerous hours with us before our first purchase making sure we made the right decision. Since our original discussion we’ve ordered, traded, used their sales department, traded in trailers we purchased directly through them and not once can I say that we were disappointed in any dealings with them. We’ve purchased customized cattle trailers and re-sold them through Circle M and have always been treated fair and never doubted them on any recommendations they made. The workmanship through design and implementation is above anything we’ve ever experienced. We purchased our first living quarters this past summer of 19’ and have added further customization and it is superior to their competition. Ultimately, we are now in the process of exiting the cattle business to entering the horse world. Above all...I would say that we are some of the most indecisive customers out there in the market place and Circle M and their staff have withered the storm professionally and above approach! Therefore, because of the way we’ve been treated, we will be doing business with Circle M and their staff for ever so long as we get treated as we have...I firmly believe it’s the dedication to their customer service by making sure their customers are 100% satisfied that has gotten them superior over their competitors. Thank you for your dedication and leadership Alex in assuring that all our needs are met professionally and through quality!
