It was a good experiece. So far, we like our service with Cricket. The only thing that could have made our experience better would be a better selection of phone cases, to choose from, in the store.

We came in yesterday and Jasmine was amazing at her job she showed us many deals plans that they offered she was quick and fast our experience was amazing she did both setup and activition for both phones we got overall amazing definitely telling friends and family about Jasmine

Went in to pay my sister's phone bill and everything appeared to have gone fine...even after me asking him if everything was active and up to date once I made the payment. He assured me that it was good but my sister still didnt have service, even after restarting her phone. You should maybe do a double check in the future just to make sure you give your customers the correct information.

So 7 day return policy is NOT 7 days! It’s 6! Owner unwilling to talk. Needs to hide behind employees. Terrible store policies. Will be contacting cooperate customer service about this franchise.
