The automated system is slow but I always get what I need and they never fail to get my prescriptions out to me. They're kind and courteous very fast and I pray I never have to go anywhere else!

The absolute worst SLOWEST most unprofessional pharmacist there ever were. complete trash. Not quite sure why I get treated like trash every time I come here by them but it’s literally every time. I would hate to be an employee here under them. Like I feel bad for yall go work anywhere else.

The phone system is HORRIBLE they make it to where you are so frustrated and hang up. Even my Dr office stated they don’t answer. I worked in medical field fot 20+ years when we would call a pharmacy we push extension for providers and someone would answer rarely would we have to leave messages. If we did someone would quickly call back because they know if a provider is calling it’s important!

My family and I were traveling from Oklahoma City and trying to get to a funeral when my wife became extremely nauseous. We were able to get her doctor to call in a prescription to CVS. We exited the highway and I went inside CVS to pick up the medication, but it was right at the pharmacy’s lunch time and all the pharmacy employees left and said to come back at 2:00. Everyone left except the pharmacist, Abena. She stayed, checked the voicemail, found the prescription, and filled it so we could get back on the road and make it to the funeral on time. I feel that Abena went above and beyond for my family. I would give her 6 stars if I could! Thank you CVS and Abena!

The worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with 30+wait time it take 15min just to speak to someone and that's after the 10 min I have to listen to covid bullshit now I am moving pharmacy after years of horrible service I had to move the went to far I am not talking to an answering machine and they call you back when ever I sorry you ant wasting my time

Your gonna need 2 doctors 10 day head starts to get your medications. On top of this count every medication as they ARE STEALING MEDICATIONS FROM THIER CUSTOMERS. I RAN OUT OF ONE SO THEY COURTESOULY GAVE ME 3 PILLS TILL THE SCRIPT WAS FILLED THEY TOOK THAT 3 BACK OUT LAST MONTH. TGEY ALSO TOOK THAT THREE BACK OUT THIS MONTH. $35.00 A PILL. THIER STEALING 100.00 A MONTH ON ONE PERSCRIPTION. . I HAVE CALLED THE DEA ALREADY.CAREFUL THISR NOT HELPING YOU. THIER HELPING THEMSELVES

They lost my daughter's meds 3 times today after saying ready. Drove up there 4 times. So ridiculous. Switching she is on seizure meds and relying on them is very important and also they lost her other important meds today. Rude customer service as well

I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. They rarely seem to have medications in stock, delay filling for days at a time with no update to the patient, even told me to call around to other branches to track down stock, which seems to me like it should be their responsibility. Never an apology, always a dismissive can't-be-bothered attitude. I have been more than patient. I have delayed time sensitive medical interventions because of them. Twice now I have gone in a day or two after the initial prescription was submitted when I was told they were ordering my medications, and was then told "Oh, we got a truck, but they didn't put that in there." And then just stare at me. One even said "I don't know what you want me to do." I am finished with CVS. (I will say the pharmacists I had to call in Gun Barrel, Forney, Athens, and Terrell were all very kind and helpful, so this seems to be unique to this location). If you need prompt prescriptions, DO NOT use this pharmacy.

Almost every time I come to pick up medications, because I get a text the day before that the medication is ready, they don’t have it ready. I don’t understand! This used to be a great place but each year it just gets worse.
