Looks like they've changed owners again, possibly, but I'm not for sure. But I am sure that the staff there now, is way more friendly and helpful than the previous ones. Just wish they would restock the 10 year Russell's Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. It appears I bought the last one weeks ago and I haven't seen any on the shelf since. Bummer. Don't know if they'll get it back on the shelves or not, but they are super friendly folks. And nobody has beat their price on my favorites.

I was in there sometime last week getting some wine, and a lady, Heather, was in there taking care of me. The situation got awkward as she went on and on talking about her personal problems at home with her husband, Matt. I feel like it’s a work environment she should try to keep it professional not personal.

New to Kaufman and went in for the first time. I'm 50/50 on this experience. Lots of selection which is a plus! Couldn't find what I was looking for. Young brunette girl seemed annoyed to be interrupted from her TikTok video to help me and just pointed me in a directing, instead of getting off her stool. Just as I was about to walk out, Matt came over and asked if he could help me find anything. He was super helpful getting all the things I needed. 0 starts for the young girl, 5 starts for Matt. I will give this store a second chance.

Been shopping here for years and it’s just been blah and dirty. NEW OWNERS NOW!!! They have really cleaned it up. Cleaner environment and the new staff, especially Matt and Heather, are friendly and knowledgeable. These two are always cheerful and welcoming. If you missed Sophie, from Sal’s, you can find here at Double L. 100% my one and only store now.

Walked in to buy a bottle and the cashier sophia is very pleasant and served me with a smile. The selection is really good and their prices are reasonable. Great overall experience!!
