I went in there Monday to restart my daughters phone and the lady there Jennifer was extremally nice, she was very helpful and was quick. I was in and out in like 5-10 mins.

I really wanted no stars, but it wasn't an option. This store and all Metro by T mobile...need to get on the same page. This is so ridiculous 🙄. T mobile, just because Metro uses your towers, it's sad that you want nothing to do with the refurbished products you guys send to these Metro by T mobile stores; when problems arise, T mobile wants nothing to do with it, and it's their products. Someone please help me understand this foolery

Everytime I go to this store the employees are completely useless and have an attitude with me when I ask to do anything. I've gone to this store a handful of times since moving to Kaufman but I always end up leaving without getting help and just being told "you have to call customer service" however the location in Garland off beltline Rd (right next to the Hanger Clinic) only been there twice but I know all the employees by name, they will actually call customer service for you and take care do the whole thing so it's easier, they offer discounts/promotions and will even swap cases for free if you aren't happy with the one you have. HIGHLY recommend NOT GOING TO THE KAUFMAN STORE take the extra time and go to the location in Garland. You won't get what you want in Kaufman and if you do it's going to be twice as expensive.

Only giving 2 stars because*SOME* of the staff are helpful. Actually Every staff member EXCEPT the manager (ghetto Hispanic lady) has been very helpful and professional. Whoever she is that claims to be the manager, is extremely ghetto, rude, and extremely unprofessional. I've been in the store at least three times when she's there and she spends the whole time cussing or talking with friends. Is NEVER helpful and leaves the other staff to fend for themselves. I usually just ignore her horrible attitude and focus on the staff member assisting me. This last time I had gone in, she (the "mgr") spent the entire time talking with friends about drinking/drugs/partying and every other word was a cuss word, the B word, the R word, etc. This time I had my toddler with me so it bothered me more than usual. Don't get me wrong , I curse at home occasionally so that's not my issue. My issue is that as the manager she should be held to a higher standard of professionalism.Bottom line: Avoid this store if at all possible.

The most rudest Manager I've ever meet. I can't believe how this store is still open & making it. I have an account with 9 lines & internet service. Can not believe I've been with them since 2001. The woman who state's she is the manager @ that store has no manager experience what so ever. & Loves to talk over anyone who begins to bring it to her attention that she is not being of any help @ her own store. I guess it's just time for a new cell phone company. Oh'well it's there employees & management running off there money.
