Called the store in Kaufman, Texas and the phone rang and rang and rang and rang on Monday, March 31, 2025 at 4:43. Nobody answers the phone. I’ll let it ring over and over and over and over the store is open because I’m across the street at motor parts plus why don’t y’all answer the phone? you get one star rating for no customer service , Kinda hard to have customer service if you don’t answer the phone during business hours

This is the worst store in the whole country. I purchased a muffler repair putty, took it home and it was hard as a rock! Took it back the next day and the mgr was rude and extremely argumentative. He said after a 10 minute back and forth that the best he could do was an in store credit. Since I paid cash that was not acceptable so around we went again. Finally he agreed saying how it was going to cost him $2000 to send it back! Boo hoo and so not my problem. If you’re going to warranty your stuff then do it! What a jerk! This experience has made me unwilling to go to any O’Reillys anywhere in this country ever again. Buyers beware… This was the last chance

We were in desperate need of finding a connector to our RV. We are newbies with RV's. We needed it to connect to our truck lights. I went to Walmart,my first purchase,it was wrong. Went and returned it and they didn't have what we needed. A kind customer tried to help and said to try auto Zone. They didn't have it. Went to Tractor supply,they didn't have it. Went Ace hardware,they didn't have it. They told me to go up O'Reilly's and finally after a chaotic afternoon,they had what needed. Go there for your RV needs!
