I was wondering what happened to Sophie. She always so nice to me and knew what I always get. Most times didn't have to say anything because she already had it ready as soon as I walked or drove up.

Used to like the convenience and friendly personnel. Then when we went the other day we were told the best employee they had, had been let go for being rude to customers! Of all the times we had been in Sal’s, Sophie was the most helpful and pleasant I’ve ever heard with any customer? Also it would be nice if they had the phone fixed after 4 months so you didn’t have to call the beer and wine store next door to asked if they hadsomething you had asked to be ordered had come in. Guess will just start going to Crossroads again.

If it wasn't for a worker named Jimmy who I very know for over 20 yrs if he and the lady at the liquor store ever leave I myself and a whole lot of others will no longer trade there .just a guess just my friends a d family he would lose 110 or 115 loyal customers real talk

I went to Sal's liquor store and the girl was so rude when I asked for Sophie. Sophie always made my day when I would go into Sal's liquor store. She would alwaysmske .e laugh and put me in better mood then I was. I will not be going back into this liquor store I'll just take my business to Crossroad liquor store for now on.
