Refused to ship a rifle scope because it was “firearm related”. Was told that franchise stores have a policy about firearm related items because they don’t was to be involved if someone uses a firearm part to circumvent a background check. A scope cannot be turned into a firearm, so there was 0 actual logic exercised in making this policy.
Suggested I drive all they to Dallas to non franchised UPS store and waste 3 hours if my day sitting in traffic instead.

I'm a dumb country boy who can't even print a label. So when I walked in Jocelyn save the day for me. I was already behind getting a label printed and my package shipped out. She was so great and professional. She made it such a breeze. I will tell everyone and I will be back for ALL MY FUTURE NEEDS. THANKS A MILLION MS. Jocelyn you're great! Couldn't have been better. She's PERFECT!

Store would not ship out a scope for repair. They said it’s their policy not to ship gun parts. I did not realize this store was a left leaning store. The scope is for airsoft, which is a toy for kids to play with but regardless it’s a second amendment of the Constitution
