Update: Went to the same Verizon store today; however, this nice man named Tim was the one who helped me. Tim is from the Gun Barrel store and was patient, honest, and willing to answer my questions. I also learned the name of the original person this post was about. Her name is Kate. She lied to my husband and told him that he was receiving 5 accessories for FREE. Tim pulled up his receipt since I wanted the same deal and showed my husband where he was charged for all 5 accessories. ? Luckily, my husband had all the original packaging at home. We went home and returned 4 of the 5 because he was getting the screen protector either way.Long story short…Go to Tim at Gun Barrel and don’t do business with Kate at the Kaufman location.PS…the sweet new person was Marissa. Once she learns how things work, she will be GOLDEN!Today, I went to the Kaufman store to upgrade my phone and get a new Apple Watch. The store manager was sitting with friends and chatting. She looked at a new employee and said here’s one for you. No big deal. People have to learn. When I sat down with the new employee, the manager asked if I wanted the liquid glass screen protector and I said, “Yes”. The new employee had never done that before and the manager said, “Click it open, squirt it on the screen, and let it cure for 5 minutes”. The new employee looked very nervous. The manager said something about a new plan and I asked some clarifying questions about cost and what it entails. The manager looked at the new employee and said, “Just pull up the plan and read it to her” and proceeded to put her purse on her shoulder and left the store.How dare that manager leave a new employee alone! I feel sorry for that employee. Would you want a permanent liquid screen put on by someone who has never done it without someone supervising the application? Would you blindly upgrade your plan without asking differences and costs?I picked up my purse and walked out of that store and will not do business with a manager like that!Do better.

Lied about the 30 day trial period!!! Don't do it you will still end up with an almost $200 bill for a month for 1 phone!

Do not come here they do not want your money! Lady with purple/blue hair, which is already a red flag was really rude. She had a attitude maybe because I woke her up from her nap or chill time because I needed assistance. Plus Verizon is now only doing three year contracts so if you want to be stuck with the same phone for three years then go to Verizon.

Katelyn was super helpful and is very awear of the products, promotions, and customer. She has remembered me everytime I stopped by and has always went above to share new promotions that could save me money. Me and my wife had the best experience with the team in this store there short staffed but there amazing I would definitely go here every time I need anything for Verizon simply because there in it to help you as a person not a customer there not trying to rip you off we got there 30min before closing and they helped us 2hrs after closed still and never said a bad thing and we loved the experience thank you Verizon for having such a good team
