While we expect and support business closing on Thanksgiving this is the second year in a row that WalMart Kaufman says it's open on Thanksgiving. There were several customer driving up. It is the manager's responsibility to update store hours on their website. Complete Fail.

4.25 stars... Even though we live in Mabank, we go to the Kaufman Walmart. They usually keep their shelves stocked, it's newer than the other Walmarts in the area and cleaner.

This Walmart does NOT like black ppl. RACIST!! I'm in the self check out Danni watched me scan my items the issue was Danni kept walking up saying I wasNT scanning items that I was and showed her on the screen the two times she walked up. Now I'm checking my funds before scanning my remaining items here comes Danni for a THIRD TIME... I let her know I wasNT done but that's ok I DONT WANT ANYTHING! I leave the whole basket.... I asked for the store manger who Danni stated was gone for the day. Danni says I'll get a manager and walks off. Now I have to go find her bc no manager is to be found. I get LOUD bc Danni IS NOT going to discriminate against me and get away with it. (I was not the ONLY person in the self check out however I was the ONLY BLACK person) Here comes another persons for Walmart 6ft named Charles who stated do I need to call the police my response is do what you have to do bc why are calling anybody and do not know what is going on now Charles is following me like Walmart doesn't have cameras now out of nowhere the store manager who was suppose to be gone for the day has arrived trying to tell me to be quiet bc I am FIRM with my words. She stated I can't have you to doing this in front of your kids or anyone else's. My kids are well taken care of and was not scared nor upset. Last I checked no law against being black & proud there job is to deal with customers even if they may be upset and rightfully so NOT tell them to hush bc you can't handle your job when one of your employees is being a racist. The first time I'm like ok she doing her job the second time I'm a bit confused and the third time was definitely uncalled for especially when she couldn't even show me what she was looking for every time she approached me I had to show her so tell me what you think

Horrible customer service. They refused to return an item and stated the system would not allow them to return it. I worked at Walmart so I know what they can override but they refused and blamed it on the system. Then I contacted the Main Office customer service (who was also horrible) and they stated its the managements discretion, confirming that management could have given me the store credit / exchange I was asking for. No thanks Walmart, won't be shopping at a Walmart again after this experience.

I don't really do reviews very often, even more so for Walmart. But I have never been to a Walmart we're so many of the employees are so helpful! One day I was trying to find ingredients for a recipe. And I asked a guy with semi long hair with was dyed bright blonde . He was looking everywhere for me to help me find this item! He was super sweet and even asked for help because he couldn't find it! Also asked another lady and she grabbed another employee lol! So like four people deep by this time lol! But needless to say I found it! Never have ever got help at Walmart till I went here! Also the young girl, older woman, and man that works in the garden section as a cashier. Not all at the same time but every time I go one of them is there. They are so friendly and nice! Period! And super helpful when I need to find something!

This Walmart has a very good store manager. Unfortunately good employees are hard to come by. Most employees are nice! Some exceptions are mainly what appeared to be a HEAD CASHIER named Cristine is always slow and very unfriendly. Her appearance is pathetic! Fat and d*** looking. She should be replaced immediately. There are many far more capable people than her. Don't misplace good workers, that's not good business.
