“Bailey the leasing agent was extremely helping during our move in process. She answered every single email I sent to her and trust me it was a lot. The process was of getting approved and paperwork was easy. My only con at the moment was the mover voucher. They offered me $500 voucher to go towards movers. The day of moving in and paying the movers was unprofessional. They had no way of paying the movers the voucher. If you’re going to offer this incentive, then have a process in order on how to pay people. Thankfully the moving company was flexible but if they hadn’t been….how would I be reimbursed for the $500. I did ask about this option and had no resolution to the issue. I’m looking forward to our future here and hopefully an enjoyable experience. The 4 stars all go towards Bailey and her patience with me. By the end of my lease, I hope I can add another star.”
