Called about 4 times no answer. Next day came inside to open bussiness account and very friendlly staff.

Last several times I have come to do business here at the Keene branch the “system is down” or they are unable to assist with customer service. This is not a branch I will be coming back to. Not sure how this branch remains open. I drove to the Cleburne branch and even though the system was down today they were so kind. They took my check and hand wrote me a receipt. They stated the deposit would be made once the system was working. They know how to treat their customers. The Keene branch did not offer assistance like this. Therefore due to the lack of customer service I wasted my time driving back to Cleburne. But it was all worth it bc it showed me how great the Cleburne branch is and that is where I will be going from now on.

The male in the drive thru clearly does not have an interest and sits around while everyone else works. Also has a bad attitude when he has to do a slight bit of work.

Completely unprofessional staff. Managers are no exception. Unenthusiastic, unwilling to help, and foul attitudes. Save yourself the wasted time and effort and find a different bank.

I witnessed harrassment of employees while being helped. Management was rude. Not a pinnacle bank you would want to go to.

Worst customer service of all time. I managed to get someone to acknowledge me after sitting in the lobby for a good 15 min. A colored man walked in after me and no one helped him either. It wasn't until a tall white man entered the building that the loan officer came out from one of the back rooms to greet him. Totally disregarding the two people sitting in the lobby. I had to speak up and say I had been waiting for 15 minutes before I was able to get any assistance whatsoever.

So my card was stolen while still in my purse. My account was drained to say the leased. Went in to report it and I was given my money back and a new card but was told they would do nothing about investigating who stold my account information. Did not know it was that easy to get away with credit card fraud so the crook got away with it even though I have an address. All this being said I no longer feel my money is safe with pinnacle bank at all. 3 stars for the years it was good to me but moved on to another bank with better security.

Great employees and they are able to give loans on antique/classic cars too which some other banks won't do anymore
