Ordered 12 corn dogs and they acted like they were put out by it. When we got the dogs they weren't cooked crispy like they usually are. The carhop wasn't very friendly and I tipped her twice as much as my order was.

I went in to get a hot fudge sundae during the holiday break. The lady told me the hot fudge machine was have issues but she got some in there and a quarter size of fudge ontop. I'm thinking there was plenty of fudge with what I saw on the sides. Unfortunately the fudge was thinly smeared on the sides to make it look like there was hot fudge. So I went to talk them about it making it look like it was a hot fudge sundae but actually being a cup of ice cream and a little whip cream. After I talked to the supervisor she gave me another one with the exception of fudge she put in chocolate syrup. I will never go in there again. Bad business. If the hot fudge machine s broke, don't deceive the customers and sell them something its not. Tell them the machine is broke. It shows you don't care about the customers just the money.

We love Sonic, but this morning was horrible. It took 15 minutes for a breakfast burrito meal. We didn't get tater tots and she tossed it out the window at me. When I went to ask about the tater tots she shut the window. I was in a hurry so I couldn't return the attitude. I will return later.

Very friendly staff, who always try to go above and beyond to make your order correct, and make your experience the best it can be. I came in tonight for a burger & they said there would be a 4 minute wait for my burger as they were making fresh patties and if I was okay with that, first of all thank you for valueing my time & secondly thank you for bringing out my drink whule i waited on the rest of my order! I went to sonic last week and I’ve heard all the bad stuff but I enjoyed my visit. The blast I had was amazing, I wasn’t sure what I wanted when I got there but the carhop her name was Brittany she was very helpful, very kind, it’s hard now days to get good service especially smiling faces and kind people in general.
