I love 9R Keller so much! It's the perfect workout, with no class times and a different workout everyday. All in 30 minutes! And one of my favorite things is the people! James and his staff of trainers create an atmosphere where workout friends feel like family. If you haven't tried it yet, you should!

I've never liked going to the gym or working out, that is until I discovered 9Rounds in Keller. The workout is fun, quick, and effective. Staff is awesome and they keep the workouts exciting. I am so glad I found my fitness home at 9Rounds Keller.

This has been good workout place for me. I lost 12 kg within 3 months under the guidelines of James and July they are lovely people and great trainer

I absolutely love this workout!It's a great way to get tone and it's a fantastic cardio workout. The trainers are wonderful and everyone who works out there is so friendly.

Good luck trying to cancel even a month to month. Twice, I had personel say they would make sure I got canceled. Announcement less than one week after I signed up that they were changing hours in 2 weeks but then they claim they require 30 day notice to not renew. He clearly said only if I would resign would they keep charging. My bank is involved now. Do the right thing, 9 Round

A great place to get a new workout, each day! Thirty minutes flies by in no time!! The trainers and owner, Mr. Riddle, are all helpful and encouraging, and patient! Gym is clean. Members cheer each other on!I LOVE this gym and trainers! They made me feel comfortable, as soon as I walked in, that first time. I was hooked!
