I recently came into Abe's hoping they could redesign my wedding ring that I disliked. I spoke with Vita about what I wanted and they absolutely went above and beyond what I could have ever dreamed of.The ring is exactly what I have always wanted. From beginning to end the communication was first class. Completely exceeding my expectations. They are amazing!!

This is my 2nd time using Abe’s for service. I am beyond grateful for them being down the street from home. Wonderful people with a wonderful business. This is just a fossil watch worth only $150 but I’ve invested more than that into it as it has sentimental value to me from my life and career in the automotive world. I dropped it off Friday evening before they closed and next morning they already had it ready with a new crystal glass. Most places say they need to ship it out, Abe is a professional jeweler with experience and supplies in stock. This is a business worth supporting. Thank you all for a great experience.

I just stopped in to get a battery for a watch. They were closed over the Christmas holidays, so I couldn't stop in earlier. It seems my one year date had just passed to get the battery replaced because Abe knew it might not hold up. I was told that I had to pay for a new battery. After inspecting my watch, Abe did not have the courtesy to put the cover back on my watch (I declined to pay for another possible defective battery). Now, my watch is open (he taped it shut!). I've been going to Abe's Jewelers for over ten years and am extremely disappointed with their drastic decline in service.

I called about getting a necklace sized and was promised it could be done while I wait. I drove all the way to location to be told something different. Don’t waist time calling they won’t hold true to what they say over the phone vs in person.
